Got these treats for our long haired dachshund Darrell, and they’re the perfect size for him. There’s a TON in the bag when you open it so it will definitely last a while. Plus it’s only one ingredient so I know Darrell is enjoying a healthier treat :) Will definitely be purchasing more when we run out.

These were...ok. A little chalkie so after a while you get a lot of dust at the bottom of the bag. However, that dust does make a good food topper so it is usable. My pup wasn't a huge fan of it, but we put it in the food and then it went down just fine. I don't know if it was the taste or consistency. It lasted as expected so it stayed fresh. Good bite size pieces. All natural ingredient so that's helpful --especially for doggies with sensitive stomachs. Give it a try. It's a matter of what your dog will like....

Honestly, I have two different dachshunds. I have one that would love any treat that is put down to them and then the other is very specific and will only eat treats that are essentially healthy for you. He doesn’t like artificially colored treats or flavored treats when I got this bag, both of them went crazy for the treats. They really like sweet potatoes so this was a great treat. I loved that it was freeze dried and it was great value for your money. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to train your dachshund or spoil them because these treats are healthy and won’t pack on the pounds to your loved puppy. They can smell the treats when I bring them in the house because their nose are so good.

My dog usually loves sweet potatoes but he didn’t like these treats at all. Not worth it IMO mostly powder comes in the bag. Now i’m just going to freeze dry some sweet potatoes… much cheaper to do that

Very small. I suppose these would be better suited for small dogs. So, I guess buyer beware. Although small, my 65lb dog did seem to like them. I just wish they were bigger pieces. Also it's a little pricey for the amount received.

My dogs have been a fan of A Better Treats for a while now. We first tried their chicken breast flavor and the dogs loved it, even my parents’ picky maltipoo ate them!Recently saw their new sweet potato bag and bought it to try out. My senior chihuahua doesn’t have many teeth left but was still able to eat these easily. Size & texture is small and soft enough for him. It’s also a plus that it’s low calorie so I don’t feel too bad about giving them a lot during our training sessions.

My dog who eats lettuce wouldn't touch these. In fact, I left the whole bag out and he walked away. They have no smell to entice and I guess no taste

I love these all natural snacks for my dog. Sweet potato is his favorite treat, he loves the other chew from a better treat and this is a much smaller sized snack. It’s perfect reward treat that’s healthy and guilt free. Loveeee
