Fresh & Delicious
I have been subscribing to this coffee for more than 5 years…get a bag a month. I have tried various coffees-dark roast, Colombian, French roast, espresso…I always come back to this one! I grind the beans each morning for my French press. The aroma of the beans is enjoyable…especially first thing in the morning! The bag is fresh and air tight! I do wonder why the bag is clear as many coffee brands are in bags that ‘hide’ the beans for freshness…but I don’t think it impacts these beans. The coffee taste, to me, is delicious. As a dark roast/espresso, it is a strong flavor…but that is what I like. 😎

Good daily driver
This has become our "daily driver" for decaf whole bean. It arrives fresh and makes a full-body tasting espresso for our lattes and Americanos. It's a USDA organic, medium dark roast, 2lb bag for about $32-$33. We'll also buy specialty (higher priced) beans from various sources for variety but come back to this one for everyday use.

It’s good. They have a better one though.
It is very good. It’s just missing something. I don’t know. I bought their decaf before and that had a better flavor to me. This is still good. Just not my favorite. And I included the picture to show that yes, it’s supposed to be that way.

It is fresh, smells and tastes delicious. It is my favorite and I have purchased it several times.

Not Espresso roast strength of flavor
This coffee is extremely weak. I realise the longer your roast…not talking about potency. The flavour is weak. It takes twice as much grounds to get even near a can of Folgers or something. It ends up being that hot tea watery coffee flavour.

Best Organic Espresso Roast I've Found
The combination of flavor, freshness, price and overall quality make this my daily go-to roast. I use it in a chemex pour-over system with a cloth, reusable filter and drink it strong and "neat". No better way to start the day!
