These are easy to use instructions are straightforward. I bought these for my husband as a Christmas gift because he felt these worked when he had cupping done at the chiropractor. For me I can't get behind spending $$ when we can buy a product and use it at home. I love the U shaped ones because they fit nicely on the shoulder blade area and the knees without losing suction. We have used them 6 times since they were opened on Christmas and they are a nice quality. My husband says he feels Relief in his knees after using these along with his lower back. The pressure is minimal, but I think thats something each person feels differently.

This is the second cupping set I’ve purchased off Amazon. The first one was from a different seller, and while great I would have to end twice as long cupping because there weren’t enough cups in the set (12). Currently, I am a graduate student, so I’m seated for long periods of time which leads to a ton of tension buildup along my mid back to upper trapezius area. For the price, this set is amazing because I’m able to run the cups all along each side of my spine and in about 15 minutes I feel an sense of relief. Not only is this set double the number of cups as my last set, but it comes with the same pump extension tube so I can self cup my back. If you’re looking for temporarily relief, I would recommend you try cupping. I personally just slab some lotion on my back and place those cups on. Do NOT use essential oils as that will erode your cupping set. Also, do not keep these on longer than 15 minutes.

Used it for a couple of days. Heard about it a lot They do provide a self suction pump but may be it is difficult to use it alone. I tried to manage to attach the suction cups on my back but one side cups were kept on falling after 2 minutes. Thankfully none of those broke but Even if I lied down on the floor, then also the suction issue was there. I did not find any relief in the pain. Possibly this should be used with an instructor that has full knowledge of different body points and where to use what pressure with this device. I returned the item.

I was so excited to receive my kit and get to some healing, unfortunately as soon as I stated using it some of the pieces fell apart. The little orange and black tips that create the suction fell out and when you put them back the cup doesn’t work anymore!! So I’m trying to be gentle with the working cups that I do have left, kinda sad/disappointed. As soon as I posted this the seller contacted me immediately to assure me that they would send another set!! I do live in Hawaii so maybe the distance in shipping affected what happened to the product. I’m still using the one kit and will love my new kit when it comes in!! FANTASTIC service like this from a GREAT SELLER always makes the difference!!

All of the cups are functional; no valve malfunctions. Sometimes, a cup valve makes a chirp sound upon releasing the suction. My Chihuahua hates high pitched noises, so for my pup’s sake, I now release the cups by gently lifting the cup’s edge with my fingernails; problem solved. Have you ever heard the high pitched chirp that a home smoke detector makes when the battery is low? That’s the sound the release valve makes on occasion. My poor pup became inconsolable for half an hour or so after my first cupping session. The next time I cupped, he was frightened by the sight of them (anticipating the noise), until I gave him a treat for remaining calm while I quietly removed each cup with the fingernail method. Subsequent sessions didn’t require treats, as he trusts the cups remain quiet now. Long story short, I don’t use the release valves to release the suction because it’s not pup approved behavior. :) P.S., No cupping pups! I only cup myself.

This is mostly a DIY review as a heads up. I would strongly recommend having someone to help you use these. Being alone, it is hard to use these efficiently at all. Some cons are being unable to suction my back due to skin/muscle movement making it impossible to get the cups to suction properly or at all to my back. The hand pump included doesn't have a long enough tube to help you with reaching your own back even if you're able to get the cup placement right. The cups loose pressure and fall off rather easily unless you have your skin all the way inside the cup, and even then not a guarantee for if you move the wrong way can pop off. This product is made in mind for you to lie still while someone else applies the cups and suction to areas of your body. It can be quite painful after 5 minutes and can give you blisters if you have any irregularities in your skin so be careful depending on your skin condition and where you put the cups at. All in all it was an okay purchase on my part but won't get any use until my partner finally lives with me.

I bought this set for sore, tense, stiff muscles. I work out often and sometimes stretching and rolling in the foam roller doesn't do it like cupping it can. They come in a cardboard box with the cups and tools in a Styrofoam display, very basic but for the price one cannot complain. I know I didn't. The cups are a high premium plastic which seem shatter resistant. I did have problems with a few of my cups not suctioning no matter what part of the body It was on or how much I adjusted it, checked for cracks and everything, they just wouldn't suction. But their customer service rep made sure I got them replaced. People rememeber, it's all about respect and how you come at people. Don't be rude if something is wrong with your product, simply communicate kindly and a solution will come to play. I enjoy my cups and even more so becsuse I didn't break my already broken pockets to get them lol. I recommend this product.

Having trouble keeping suction on most of the cups. Anyone else with this brand?

It arrived without a suction gun. The cups were all over the place. I wonder if this is a returned item by others? Big disappointment as I had high expectations looking at all the positive comments.

I thought I was doing something wrong… it’s now confirmed that I wasn’t and half of my cups won’t work at all, and of the half that do, only half of them will actually stay on without falling off within a few mins. Very frustrating and disappointed with the purchase.

Refunded the item. It doesn't have much suction power and will drop after a minute or so no matter how much I suck it on my skin. The quality of the cups is very poor too. It's like cheap plastic and very fragile. I really don't recommend it.
