The succulents were in great shape when they arrived! The way the seller packaged them even included a little warmer to keep the succulents warm when delivered. None of the succulents were broken nor did they appear to come with any root rot. I also appreciated that the seller included a little card that said if I had a problem with the order to contact them and give them a chance to fix it before I just hastily left a bad review.The ONLY thing I would change/suggest would be to include a card with the names of what each succulent is. I always like to know what kind of plants we have in our homes just because we do have cats and some plants can be harmful to them. I've tried to look them up, however, there are so many succulents it's kind of difficult. I enjoyed the random variety we got, I would have just liked a card detailing what each succulent's name is.Overall, I would definitely buy from this seller again. Great quality and reasonable prices!

I had originally decided to write a negative review but had second thoughts about it so I decided to give these succulents a couple days to revive with sunshine and some water.They responded in excellent fashion and I am quite pleased with all of them.And I can honestly recommend them to others. If you do order them and they arrive dried out and pitiful looking just give them some water and sit them out in the sunshine ....you won't be disappointed.

These were... okay. I've attached a picture, and you can see that the succulents are quite small- most not filling the two-inch pot- but healthy. They were very dry, but that absolutely makes sense for shipping purposes. Besides- they're succulents!I was a disappointed by the lack of variety in this batch. Only one type (out of the six succulent types) sent was sort-of rosette shaped. There was also a lack of color variety. While succulents are mostly all shades of green, these in particular were all just about the SAME shade of green!All in all I would suggest that a selection of these be used as "filler" plants for a fairly large project.

I ordered these as a gift for my daughter who enjoys keeping succulents in her room and around our house. She has proven to be quite good at taking care of them and has raised a lot over the last couple of years. When I opened these, the dirt was so dry in them, many had fallen out of their pots and scattered around the box. Many of the leaves were already curling up. I don't really have experience with plants, so I assumed it was something she would save. I pieced everything back together, spritzed the plants and added a few drops of water just to moisten the soil before I gave them to her. When my daughter got them, she re-potted them and tried her best to care for them. Within a couple of months, only 3 or 4 remained. Everything else shriveled up and dried out, no matter what she tried. I probably should've just returned them for a replacement to begin with, but there was a time constraint I was trying to meet at the time. I was wary about ordering plants online at the start. I don't foresee doing so again.

I've never left a bad review before, and I'm a constant amazon prime user. The succulents are no where near as nice. The dirt was dry and the succulents were dull and not like the ones in the image. They were ALL OVER THE PLACE too from not being properly packaged, this is not what I paid for. I tired uploading an image but I kept getting "There was an error processing your file, please try another file." no matter what file size or type I tried.

A stellar company that clearly cares about customer service and satisfaction! First order was muffed, it happens. Packer tired and not really paying attention, delivery company/person may have rattled it around to much not realizing what was inside, it happens. What doesn’t always happen, is a company being mortified to have their product arrive looking pitiful and stepping up and making it right! And boy oh boy, these succulents are absolutely DARLING!! I purchased them for party favors, for a small bridal luncheon gathering for my daughter-in-law to be and they are sure to be a hit! I was worried, very worried because I waited until as close to the date as possible to order them, and when the first few showed up pitiful, I truly did not know if replacements would arrive in time or what THEY would look like. They got them to me within 2 days and they are lovely! I couldn’t be happier!,

I was so pleased when I received my order. I needed 30 plants for a bridal shower. The variety of succulents is perfect and I'm including a picture of my finished shower favor. (The white pots were purchased on Amazon as were the pink heart cupcake sticks) Since it is February, and even though I met the delivery driver at the door, 6 of the plants were a little wilted from being in the truck. I emailed customer service and they were replaced immediately. I highly recommend ordering these!

Purchased 2 boxes of them in Jan 2019 for my daughters birthday. We ended up having a few left over and planted them. 11 months later they are huge. Definitely replant them together or give them a place to flurish outdoors. We have had a few cold snaps and never harmed them. Great company and very healthy plants. We used to chemicals with these either.
