I thought it would work.I assembled the machine put the liquid in etc. And I thought I would try one and the suction but it did not work. So I had to return this machine. I want to know if this is a common issue. My daughter has one and loves it. I wanted an exchange but was told it had to be a complete return. And then rd buy it. Why couldn’t they just do a exchange?

The media could not be loaded. The machine is very cute, I tested all the modalities, except the RF(Radio Frequency) wand does not turn red at the tip, but the handle lights up blue I’m Assuming it’s still working?. What to do???? And also what is each solution for AS1 As2 As3 ??Please advise thanks

idk why there are so many bad reviews, this thing is amazing. I’ve also provided a pic of where the solutions go. It’s so darn cute! Everything works.

I have been trying to contact Anbotek, Amazon and warehouse96 via phone, Email and website. The machine stopped suction and I have done everything I can to trouble shoot. My paperwork says that I have a 1 year warranty and says to contact via Amazon mail if there are problems and “ we will help you ( including free replacement or reissue of accessories)”Amazon insists I have to contact the company directly. No one will answer my calls or emails. I spent $300 + on this machine and I would just like for it to work. If this is a truely legitimate company they will contact me back and make good on the product. I am not done trying to get this resolved.
