Closed domes have a little bit of opening and are used more for moderately severe to severe hearing losses; the the power domes completely close the ear canal and are also for moderately severe to severe losses, especially in the low frequencies. will the cover the in the ear hearing aides so i can take blood pressures

I don't have any problems taking blood pressure with hearing aids on.
