Start my morning with this every day!! Great flavor and dissolves easily into water!

I workout about 4-5 times a week and was using different electrolytes like LMNT. I could never get a whole packet down. These are still salty in taste but much more refreshing because of their thoughtful ingredients. So far I love the watermelon flavor, it tastes amazing. I am noticing I am much more hydrated when drinking one of these after a workout with much less muscle cramps. Will be using Instant Hydration as my go to electrolyte from now on.

This product is extremely good not only for the athletes but also for the average person. The ingredients are exceptional and even contains Monk fruit. You only need one packet a day. A pack includes 30 units and it comes out to $1.83 a unit which is a little pricey but what's inside is very beneficial. You can also go for the 20 pack which is $1.85 a unit if you want to try it.

I have tried the Watermelon flavor and that's very refreshing and tastes great. So, I decided to try the lemon-lime. It's horrible. Leaves a bitter taste and is horrible on the palate. Definitely not a good one. I decided to try this flavor because I heard it monk fruit as the sweetener. Turns out it does have monk fruit but still they use Stevia. I would love it if they would just use monk fruit in their products. Anyway, this flavor is horrible.

I love Instant Hydration. It is pricey for sure, but it is worth the price. I've tried several flavors and they are all excellent. It is easy to mix in your water, there is no clumping, and no strange texture. Highly recommend.

Enjoy the light flavor and helps with hydration. Tried various brands and this is my favorite.
