I used this product just once. I read all the instructions and followed them diligently. The next day i had a sore throat and also a bad ulcer on my gums. It took almost 10 days for the ulcer to go away. Had to take antibiotics for the sore throat. Its a made in china product that is just relying on heavy marketing online to sell the item. There is no research or human trials that backs the efficiency of this item. I used this item before an overseas trip and the whole trip was in excruciating pain due to the ulcer. Bad product and extremely bad luck to have bought it.
