Most amazing customer service ever! It shipped to us, was super easy to install together but we noticed that one of the support bars on the front was broken (probably due to shipping). So I contacted them but was already ready to just fix it ourselves. Let's be honest with the price of the couch, I didn't expect anyone to answer and for us to just have to deal with it. To my surprise they answered RIGHT AWAY! like on the same day right away. They asked if we could send pictures so they could make sure it wasn't a manufacturing issue and offered to send us a new one at no cost. We got the new one in the mail with more stuffing in the box to protect the package. So not only they sent a new couch for free but on top of that they realized that shipping could be an issue and fixed the problem right away. The whole process was so easy and simple, I talked to one person the whole time, Jasmyn was awesome, so kind, so helpful, and so prompt in responding to our questions. Now we've had the new couch for a few weeks, a couple of our friends slept on it for 2 nights and said it was pretty darn comfy for how small it is. I've been using it to watch TV too and it's honestly super nice to have the headboard slightly recline which gives you the best angle for watching TV. Anyway, at first I was pissed but now I am like "dang best purchase ever!!!" Also one of my friend's was a bit imbued (if you know what I mean), he is maybe 5'6"feet tall and like 170lbs ish pounds and danced on it and that thing did not even crack. That is a surprisingly strong couch! Thank you again Jasmyn for all of your help and kind messages. The broken couch is going to our local shelter (we fixed it as much as possible with brackets and a new support bar). Awesome service, great quality, super nice price! On the picture I put one with our dog and our cat for size comparison. Our dog is about 80Lbs and I'm laying down next to her and I'm 5'5" and about 200Lbs.

Beautiful color and soft material. Easy to assemble. Perfect size for my office. Easy to change positions. Pretty comfy as sofa beds go! 70 “ is plenty of length for legs . Very well made. Terrific price! Happy I bought it!

Very nice looking and super easy set up. More on the firm side for comfort. Comes with a small screw driver for installing casters (on pull out section) but would Highly Recommend using a cordless drill. Very pleased so far!

This is an awful couch. First off it comes in one extremely heavy piece so if you live on a second or third floor without an elevator, good luck. The couch is extremely uncomfortable. The instructions are inaccurate. The arms of the couch don’t slide all the way in and there are no holes in the bottom of the couch to screw in the wheels. The only good thing about it is that it’s a pretty color, but that’s about it.

This couch is truly perfect for me. The material is perfectly soft, and the couch itself is very sturdy but still comfortable. I love that you can move the back up to different positions. The lower level is what I use to sleep, so I don’t have to fight for a pillow from my kids. I would say the only thing I don’t love is that since I am larger, its a little bit too thin (I often end up being poked in the back by the hardware through the cushion). But I placed a thick blanket on top and haven’t had that issue since. Great price and amazing item for my needs!

The size is perfect for an office couch. Howe er, asa sleeper it sucks. Very uncomfortable. If buying this product make sure to buy a mattress popper with it. You are going to need it. One more thing, if you want you guess to sleep comfortably, make sure they are under five feet.

Soft, comfy, extendable (the pullout “bed”) and easy to clean! I have the blue one, and if someone spills it’s so easy to spot clean, most stuff just wipes off. Collects cat hair like a freaking magnet but I have the velvet hair brushes that wipe it off easy. The sticky rollers do the same job. The couch has rollers on the bottom extendable pullout so it doesn’t take any heavy lifting or strain, and there’s two straps to assist the pull anyway. Then when it’s out, you lift the bottom end (not heavy and the straps help) pull a little, set it down, and it matches up on level with the couch seats. The back is adjustable, but the back is just not very high, probably reaching mid-back, or just under the bottom of your shoulder blades. So VERY long periods of sitting might be uncomfortable because you have no upper back and neck support. Comes with two rectangular pillows that are lovely. The arms are kinda easily moved, but I mean…probably don’t have extracurricular activities on it or over the arms and you won’t have to worry about that. I sit on the couch cross legged a lot, so my knee pushes the arm if I don’t give myself space. Otherwise I love it because I have a small apartment and I figured I would never be able to have (or pay for) a couch. Came broken apart of course and you put it together—perfect for apartments.

This couch is so pretty in my daughter's room. The fabric and color is beautiful and looks chic. The couch isn't a forever couch that will last 10 years, but it's perfect for a few years. It pulls out and fits 2 of her friends for sleepovers. I have a cushy mattress topper that goes on top when they sleep on it. It protects the couch fabric and is a little more comfortable to sleep on. It's the perfect size
