I really like this lumbar pillow. Perfect for a smaller size chair and I am have a pretty petite frame. The material is really nice. The memory foam feels like it’s really high-quality. I’ve been using it for at least two months now and it’s holding up really well. I would highly recommend this for Someone who has a small frame and looking for back support.

excellent for long term sitting

Excellent lumbar support pillow. I ordered it because I have lower back problems and I work in a office. I love that the pillow is soft but firm enough to provide the perfect support for my back. The only reason I took a star out is because the strap that it has is not long enough to be able to use in the car seat or in a bulky office chair. I need to buy a strap extension to be able to use it in my car. Other than that, the cushion is great, it help support my back and reduce the pain.

The design of this lumbar cushion is perfect in every way; it's comfortable to use, and it does a great job with correcting my seated posture. The memory foam has a zippered case over it that can easily be removed for washing, and the back of this support attaches to your seat with a Velcro strap which can be adjusted for the best fit. I've had this on my office chair for a week so far, and I can confidently say it has noticeably reduced my back and neck fatigue. I look forward to continued comfort while having to sit at my computer, especially for extended sessions!

This cushion is rather thick at around 3" in certain areas so depending on your chair, it could push you forward quite a bit. On the office chair that I was using, I found it helpful and supportive of my lumbar, but the one thing that was extremely annoying was that the cushion kept sliding down just from gravity alone because there's actually quite some weight to this cushion. I think it would benefit greatly from a second elastic strap to truly keep it secured on the chair.

The good is, it is nice and soft and very comfortable. Nice shape and contour And it includes a strap to hold it in place, even though for my chair, it is a bit too short. It works, but it's short. What I'm mixed about is it takes up a quarter of my chair, which then makes my chair uncomfortable. And my particular chair, I can't move the back to make room for it. Which is a shame, I want to use it and my physical therapist wants me to use it too. I like my chair, and I'm not going to replace it. But, this is a nice quality pillow and I will find a way to use it.

I’m so glad I ordered this. My computer chair does not provide a lot of back support so when I saw this I just had to try it out. And thank goodness I did 🤣 my back is no longer aching after sitting in my work chair for multiple hours. It forms to my back and doesn’t push out and make me sit awkwardly like other supports I have tried. I even use this in the car for a long drive or road trip.

This lumbar support is helpful on our couch or easy chair and improves support and sitting posture. I also use it in my wife's car, both when driving and sitting in the front passenger seat, because it has almost no lumbar support in the front seats. It doesn't really work for my office chair because it pushes me too far forward on the seat, but my office chair has pretty good lumbar support so it wouldn't provide much benefit there anyway.
