Q: will it fit 4.5 inch and 2.5inch height cards?

the interior width is about 3 5/8''. the dividers are designed for 3 1/2'' x 2'' cards, but if you don't care about the dividers, you can go to whatever height you want.

Q: It is simple and neat to slide business cards in a plastic sheath. can i use this w this new system? where can i buy them?

Q: Width measurement- I’ve read 3 1/2. 3 5/8 and 3 3/4. Which is correct?

I measured with dial calipers to get accurate numbers. On one box interior width varied from 3.73 to 3.76" on another box was 3.79 to 3.81"
