Is this really water based remover? it looks like oil and water in the bottle and ingredients are listed in japanese so i can’t read them.

It feels like water. It's very gentle and doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. I wear waterproof mascara almost every day, and it's the best at removing without any oiliness or grease. I've tried SO many other eye makeup removers. I love this stuff. I've probably purchased at least 15 bottles since I found it. I highly recommend.

Perfect! It is one of my favorite eye makeup remover which I bought over three bottles in the past two years( I also bought other makeup remover product as well). It could deep clean the eye makeup but it also gentle and not oily(some makeup remover product is very oily and uncomfortable). Highly recommended!

very disappointing product

based on the excellent reviews I bought this but unfortunately am very disappointed - it took quite a lot of rubbing to get my non waterproof mascara and gel eyeliner off - would not buy again - not worth the high price
