Fraction of the cost for my mocha! (update #2: pump came with extension!)
Being on parental leave for a few weeks, I wanted to have an alternative to drive out to the coffee shop to get my mocha. Plus it was getting quite expensive at $5+ each drink. With this I can create my own and they taste the same!Edit: after using it every morning for a week or so, I have noticed that the pump tube doesn't go to the bottom of the bottle!! So about half way, you can't use the pumnp anymore. I have tried to extend it but it doesn't seem to be possible (not easy when it's full of syrup now). I guess I'll have to try and find anothe rpump that's longer.Edit #2: Well I have reordered and bought two units this time. The pumpes came both in the same bag, and they both has plastic tube extensions.. So the previous comment does not apply this time and I can reach the bottom! Not sure if it's a new thing to send the extensions or it's only when you order a pair... Worse case I can reuse the extension for future bottles.

Tastes Just Like Starbucks and Good Ingredients
It is a dark chocolate, pump works great, chocolate is stable, doesn't create a mess. So I have been able to make mochas hot or cold at home for some time now.

Yum to not yum
I am editing my original review that I wrote several years ago. I used to buy this directly from Starbucks on the Starbucks website, but when Starbucks quit selling directly I found it on Amazon using a google search. The first year or so (2018-2019) buying from Amazon or eBay was fine. Then I noticed the price going up. From $24.95 directly from Starbucks up to as high as $40 on Amazon or eBay. About 2-3 years ago (2022-2023) I opened the bottle and about threw up. The neck of the bottle was all moldy. I checked the best buy date and it had expired, even though I had just received it the day before. I was sent a replacement, but the use by date was immediate, within the next 30 days. I was able to use it by that date by keeping it in the fridge.I’ve tried twice since then and both times received expired sauce. By screaming loud enough I did get refunded by Amazon, but I don’t know if Amazon has resolved the issue with the seller. I’m afraid to order it again and that sucks, because it is super yummy. The bittersweet chocolate makes the drink really good without it being so super sweet that it’s yucky.Nothing more needs to be said this is just the BEST. I will never buy Hershey syrup again. It mixes in cold milk, which surprised me. When I go to Starbucks and get hot cocoa they use this syrup and they always make it hotter because they say it melts better, but it mixes just fine with cold milk too.

Nothing like Starbucks Mocha sauce
This is great sauce, but not what I really wanted. Some reviews stated that it was great for making Starbucks Mocha at home. WRONG! This is nothing like what Starbucks uses for Mocha lattes, because this sauce is much too sweet to be comparable to Starbucks. If that's what you want it for, look elsewhere. If, like me, you're already stuck with it and trying to make something "mocha-ish" out of it just to use it up, try adding a heaping teaspoon of cocoa powder (get the good stuff, like Ghirardelli) to 3-4 pumps of this sauce for a venti-sized mocha latte. It's still not perfect, but it's better.

Good Stuff
This really good. I too wish I knew the sugar content but don't put enough to sweeten my.coffee, just enough to flavor it - about 1/2 way down depression of the pump for 20 oz of coffee in my almond milk. I then usr 3 tbs of xylitol to sweeten it. For the reviewer that said the pump is too small, I am guessing that the bottom portion of the pump got accidentally thrown out on the packaging. Mine fell on the floor otherwise I would not have realized that there was another piece. Maybe they should tape it to the top portion of the pump then intuitively, people would know they ho together.

Starbucks no more
May seem a bit expensive, but I find myself now no longer making frequent trips to Starbucks - so essentially this has paid for itself 2-3 times over . I store Iced coffee in the fridge, put 2-3 pumps of this in and some whip-cream to top it off, absolutely delicious! I've also invested in keeping one on my desk at work which transforms our horrible office coffee into something great. Only problem is all my coworkers seem to use it as well! Have gone through 3-4 of these over the course of this year and will continue to do so. Nutrition info isn't on the bottle but I keep telling myself this isn't too unhealthy as I now have it multiple times a day sometimes...

CHECK YOUR BOTTLE - MOLD
We were having issues with our pump and decided to take it out to clean it. We found an abundance of mold growing on the pump and inside of the bottle.
