These are great pop-up dummies! I use them for coaching Lacrosse. Any field or court sport that trains dodging should be using these. Excellent quality and easy to break down and store in the bag they come with. Add some sand bags on windy days and you are set to go

The Hikeen Basketball Defender Dummy has been perfect for our youth basketball team! They make the ideal defenders for practicing moves and shooting. The kids really benefit from having a real-feeling defender to work with. That said, I do wish the setup process was a bit easier. It can be a little time-consuming, but once it’s up, it’s totally worth it!

These are way more sturdy than I expected them to be, and feel like they should last for quite some time. Very easy to set up and take down. Has a loop and fastener on 2 sides to keep them collapsed, and comes with a carrying case and sand bags to weigh each one down. Can be used for pretty much any sport to simulate defensive positioning. Approximately 3 ft tall when expanded. Great value for the money IMO.

Worka perfect for setting up obstacles for my keepers to both work on footwork, redirection, and working on crosses. Looking to buy another set to set up as static players for positioning because much easier to set up and use. They do need to have weights in the base if windy but I use medicine balls or weight plates but I already have on hand for training that I can easily add to the base.
