Tempered chocolate pops out easily.
Nice deep moulds, big enough for much more than 100g. Surface of the chocolate comes out smooth and shiny. Properly tempered chocolate pops out easily or with a gentle tap. I’ve only had difficulty getting chocolate out the one time it wasn’t fully in temper, but even then it did come out with patience and a few rounds in and out of the fridge

Love it! Extra durable, inexpensive, functional, and high quality mold. The candy bars look great. They take a lot more chocolate than I thought and work really well. It’s a little hard to get them out without cracking, but they do fall right out when you flip them.

Good quality. Not as heavy duty as a Chocolate World mold. Which, is good for me as my old hands are not as strong as they used to be. If the bars don't come out, I'm sorry to say, it's your fault. Molds are good quality, and easy to use. Makes about an 8 ounce bar. They're making this size Dubai bars at the Mall of America and charging $25 for each bar. That checks if you do the math on your cost of goods. If you're having troubles getting the bars out, refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the bar shrink away from the mold. If you are using tempered couverture chocolate and they stick, there are a myriad of issues that can happen. The mold temperature, correctly tempered chocolate, room temperature, humidity can all effect the chocolate.
