My wife bought this headset and really like it, so I ordered one for myself.This is a really nice headset. Not only does it pair perfectly with my Mac and function seamlessly in Zoom, it also has really good noise cancellation. I work from home and we have dogs, so it's nice to not transmit the sounds of dogs barking at the Amazon delivery guy. (Zoom's personalized noise cancellation is helping here.) It's so comfortable that I can wear it all day even when I'm not on a call.A surprising fact is that it sounds pretty dang good for music, too. I mean, it's not a set of Sennheiser cans or anything, but it has actual bass and treble, and the sound is well-balanced. I can enjoy listening to Spotify on it without being constantly being distracted by lousy sound,.There are cheaper headsets; in fact, there are two varieties of this one; i bought the more expensive of the two, but I'm sure that they are about the same in all the ways that matter. But there are also more expensive ones. For the price, it's great. Makes me mad I spent so much time with the Logi one I used to use, which is bulkier, has poorer sound quality, and has half the battery life!

WOW! I was skeptical at first and after many reviews and down the rabbit hole researches I decided to purchase the Teams one and let me tell you THEY ARE PHENOMENAL! Working from home will be a breeze with this, I'm so glad too because my work space is in an open area and its hard to filter out some of the noise.I tested the noise cancelling by playing my daughter's tablet on full volume next to me, my phone playing a musical on full volume catty corner of the other side, my husband had the TV on loud (as perfect usual) AND a huge fan that's pretty loud. When I tell you, NONE OF THE SOUND played through while I was talking or after. I'm floored! All you heard was my voice.They are super light, and don't hurt to wear at all. Easily adjustable and very soft actually. You have to use the dongle to connect via Bluetooth which kinda sucks but not a big deal. Connecting was super quick and the set up was easy. I am impressed! Highly recommend 👌

Not the cheapest headset but it is comfortable and fits well. Battery life is acceptable. It lasts most of a work week on one charge. Most importantly, it actually does mute and answer calls properly with Microsoft Teams.

I use my headset to take calls for work. The Bluetooth connectivity is great, the audio quality of the headphones is good, and the headphones are comfortable. The mic, unfortunately, seems to intermittently cut out due to wonky noise cancellation. The Lenovo software to adjust this won't allow me to log in. Overall disappointing.

Great design, easy to use, and comfortable. It works very well when the connection is stable. However, I had to return it because it dropped the connection a couple of times a day, even when using the USB receiver. I have multiple calls every day, so I really need a stable connection. If the connection were stable, I would definitely keep it. If you don’t mind the connection dropping once or twice every 15 to 20 meetings, this is a great headset. Also, it would be great if the USB light could be turned off.

Don’t work

This headset is so comfy and easy-to-use for zoom calls. It has a mute function directly from the headset. It is durable and connects well with my laptop and stores easily.

I tried more than 5 headsets and this one has amazed me. When my Jabra Evolve 75 broke (the microphone stopped working likely due to moving it up and down to mute/umute) I needed high quality voice with minimal background noise for work calls. This headset blocks all background noise and I’m very pleased also by the controls: muting/unmuting & answering calls is very easy and intuitive. Highly recommend this headset and I’m very tempted to order a second pair just as backup.
