Great parchment paper! The first non bleached ones I bought. I did think they would be the size of a big cookie sheet, not a small one so I have to line two of them for when I roast veggies. No big deal because they are soooo easy. Just grab out of package

I loved these for when making chocolate covered pretzels. Great quality and pretzels peel off nicely. They also work well for laying down on table as a base for frosting cookies. When I roll off the parchment paper from a rolled box format I am constantly fighting the corners rolling up. These lay so nice and flat. Highly recommend!!
