No connection
The cameras are no connecting to Arlo app, therefore impossible to set them up. I tried 20-30 times, read the reviews, etc etc but nothing. The device is not found after many minutes searching.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY ARLO CAMERAS FROM THIS SELLER! I bought six Arlo cameras. The batteries drained completely in less than a week. It was extremely difficult to get them to work with the app. I attempted to contact Arlo and they said I would have to contact the person I bought them from. And the seller had completely disappeared off of Amazon when I went back to look for them! I'm only able to write this review, because I was going back through my orders to get information and noticed I was able to click on it again. Just go to arlo's website and buy the cameras. They are significantly cheaper. DO NOT BUY THESE! THIS IS A SCAM!

No app for 5Spro in India.
If you happen to be in India please do not buy this product. It turned out to be a useless product even though I paid a premium for it, as the current app does not support 5SPro in India. I am hugely disappointed as such products are allowed to be sold on the platform inspite of the product being not fully supported to be functional. As a consumer this I feel cheated by not being informed correctly before purchasing.

Esta cámara, no está en la aplicación de México , estamos en Sep 2025 y nada, las compré meses atrás , como las puedo conectar fuera de esa aplicación , ayuda!!!!!!
