Best cook ware ever

I didn’t even open the box because I bought by mistake. Only a year warranty compared to the Hexclad’s Lifetime Warranty. I cannot say how they are to cook with.

I have a spinal disability so standing too long is difficult and painful. This cookware cuts my cooking time in half. It is exciting and empowering to be able to cook again.Best cookware I have ever bought!

I’ve always been a bit skeptical of hybrid-style cookware, but this set completely won me over. The raised stainless steel texture combined with a ceramic nonstick layer gives you the best of both worlds, excellent searing like traditional stainless pans, and easy cleanup like nonstick. The pans feel durable, hefty, and well-balanced, and the variety of sizes covers all the essentials. I put them to the ultimate test with a deceptively “simple” sunny-side-up egg. I preheated the pan, then dropped it to medium/medium-low heat, added the lightest bit of butter, and let the egg cook untouched for about 2.5 minutes. No sticking, no scorching, and the egg was beautifully intact, sliding freely around the pan. It was exactly what I was hoping for, and a great proof of the performance. The cookware heats quickly and evenly, and the surface really promotes natural food release like a stainless pan, just wait until your food tells you it’s ready to move, haha. The handles stay cool, feel sturdy, and are comfortable to grip, and the included glass lids are a great bonus. While they’re labeled as metal utensil safe, I’d still stick to silicone or wood to preserve the surface long-term, but it should still be able to handle them in a pinch. They’re also oven safe, which adds even more versatility. What really sets this apart is that it includes not only a full range of frying pans, but also a high-rimmed pan and three different pot sizes, making it the only cookware set you’ll ever really need. Between this and my cast iron (which I’ll never give up), I’m more than covered. Price may seem a bit on the higher end, but the quality and performance are absolutely worth it. I’m officially converted. Highly recommended!
