I had high expectations for this mini PC, but unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the computer was extremely slow. Simple tasks such as opening web pages, browsing the internet, and launching applications took far longer than expected. For a Ryzen 5 processor with 16GB RAM and an NVMe SSD, the performance was nowhere near what was advertised. After contacting GMKtec support and spending considerable time running diagnostics, checking BIOS settings, monitoring system performance, and exchanging multiple emails, GMKtec admitted that the Amazon product listing contained incorrect specifications. The listing advertised support for DDR4-3200 memory, but they confirmed that the hardware only supports a maximum memory speed of 2400MHz and said they were correcting the listing. Despite acknowledging the inaccurate advertisement, the only compensation initially offered was £8, and I was asked to reinstall Windows and spend several more hours troubleshooting the device myself. I did not consider that to be an appropriate resolution after already investing significant time trying to diagnose the problem. Thankfully, Amazon Customer Service reviewed the case and resolved it by approving a full refund. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. If you’re looking for a reliable mini PC, I’d advise carefully considering other options. While the manufacturer responded to my emails, the product did not meet my expectations, and the inaccurate specifications significantly affected my confidence in the brand.

Looks pretty and compact, but functionality wise it is useless. super slow loading everything, won't even load settings menus properly or at all in some cases. Tried everything I could think of to speed it up, but to no avail. I would steer clear of this one.

Not one for saying bad things, but the purchase of this product was a complete negative. All looked good on opening box, set up as per instructions, fired up, started its startup proceture, then a blank screen, power failure from "power pack" tested and started again, same thing, power failure at power pack!!!!!! Considering the price paid, this should not be happening. Item returned for credit, purchased a GEEKOM instead.

Got this for my daughter and it’s not useful for her at all.. it hangs endlessly. She doesn’t even do much.. only purchased this less than 5 days ago .. she just connected it yesterday and already complaining .. capacity is zero. I’m looking to return it

Bought this product on the 14 March 2025 and it has failed me on the 8th of July and the return window is the 14 of April 2025 . Very poor

It's Tiny! A lot smaller than what I was expecting, comes with a HDMI cable monitor, VESA mount and a separate small power brick. Bought for my student daughter, a lot cheaper than a desktop. Easy to set-up, just plug and switch it on and it boots into windows 11 setup. it's up and running within 5 minutes. It's got ethernet and wifi connectivity, we used over wifi. One can adjust the amount of memory given over to the iGPU as well as the power settings from Quiet to balanced to full power, the system runs fine in balanced mode, fan is quiet, at maximum settings the fan is constantly running which isn't a problem if the GM10 is kept under a shelf. So far I've only changed it to use 4gb for iGPU vs 3gb out of the box. There are 3 usb ports, a HDMI and display port, 1 usb C, and a headphone socket at the front. A crystal mark suggests the drive is quite fast, faster then SSD's i.e. 3500 vs 550. My daughter likes it, says it's aesthetic, it can run Roblox and Fortnight at lower settings as well as the usual app's such as browsers, youtube and office. Also the specs suggests it's easy to add a second M2 drive which I will probably do in the future, and apparently the memory can also be upgraded if needs be. It's good value for money so I rate 10 out of 10.

Not a bad little pc, fast enough for my needs I'm not a gamer and anyway you're very limited. LAN although stated 2.5gbps is actually 1gig I am on a 2.5(So no)! No noise or heat issues so good there, if you want a pc that doe's office etc, for the price pretty decent, need to stop stating the LAN speed, it's wrong!

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs jours que j'utilise ce mini PC GMKtec au quotidien, et je dois dire que c'est une excellente surprise. Quand on est habitué aux grosses unités centrales qui prennent une place folle sous le bureau ou aux laptops qui finissent par chauffer dès qu'on demande un peu de puissance, passer sur un format aussi réduit, c’est presque une libération. Pour situer mon usage, je suis en télétravail complet avec une configuration double écran. J'ai besoin d'une machine capable de jongler entre plusieurs environnements sans broncher. Ce petit G10 avec son processeur Ryzen 5 3500U, ses 16 Go de RAM et son SSD de 512 Go répond présent à chaque instant. Dès le déballage, on sent la qualité de fabrication : c'est compact, c'est sobre, ça ne fait pas de bruit, et surtout, ça ne chauffe pas, même quand je pousse un peu la bête. Ce qui m'a le plus bluffé, c'est la fluidité. Que je sois sur des tâches de bureautique classique, de la gestion de documents lourds, de la retouche photo rapide ou même du montage vidéo léger (j'ai testé avec des transitions et du texte, aucun souci de fluidité), la machine ne ralentit jamais. Les 16 Go de mémoire vive font vraiment le job pour le multitâche, ce qui est assez rare pour ce niveau de prix. On est vraiment sur un rapport performances-prix qui est, honnêtement, imbattable aujourd'hui. Concernant la configuration, c'est très simple même sans notions en informatique. J'ai mis en route Windows 11 sans aucune difficulté. Il y a quelques petits réglages de base à faire au lancement pour optimiser le confort, mais cela prend moins de 10 minutes et c'est très gratifiant de personnaliser sa machine dès le départ. Une fois que c'est fait, on a une machine réactive, stable et parfaitement adaptée à une utilisation pro. J'ai fait le choix de l'équiper avec un combo clavier/souris sans fil de chez Logitech (la gamme MX, c’est vraiment le top pour le confort de frappe et la précision). Le récepteur USB est branché à l'arrière, tout est reconnu instantanément et ça libère un espace de travail incroyable sur mon bureau. C'est propre, efficace. J'apprécie aussi énormément le fait que tous les câbles nécessaires (HDMI, alimentation) soient fournis directement dans la boîte. C'est un petit détail, mais quand on reçoit le colis, on peut tout installer immédiatement sans avoir besoin de retourner en magasin acheter des accessoires supplémentaires. En résumé, si vous cherchez une machine capable de transformer votre manière de travailler sans vous ruiner, ce mini PC est une option vraiment sérieuse. C'est puissant, c'est compact, et c'est diablement efficace. C'est vraiment le genre d'achat où l'on se demande pourquoi on n'a pas sauté le pas plus tôt. Je ne peux que recommander ce modèle à tous ceux qui, comme moi, veulent allier performance, design minimaliste et confort dans leur bureau à la maison. C’est un sans-faute pour le moment, je suis totalement ravi de cet investissement. À voir sur le très long terme, mais avec ce niveau de qualité, je suis très confiant pour la suite. Foncez les yeux fermés !

Der mit Abstand beste Mini/Midi-PC den ich je gehabt habe. Sowohl Windows wie auch Linux/CachyOS funktionieren bestens. Leistungsstark, vielseitig, leise. Einfach toll.

He comprado bastantes mini ordenadores para usar aquí y allá y la verdad es que estoy muy contento con este GMKtec G10 Pro. En la caja se incluye el propio ordenador, un cable HDMI, una fuente de alimentación USB-C, manuales, bracket de montaje VESA y un parco manual en varios idiomas (que dudo que necesitéis consultarlo, sólo explica cómo enchufar los cables y ya). En cuanto al propio ordenador, lo que más me sorprendió cuando lo saqué es que es increíblemente pequeño: apenas diez centímetros de lado y cinco de altura. No ocupa casi sitio en mi escritorio, lo cual es un puntazo para que no estorbe. Además es MUY silencioso. Lleva un AMD Ryzen 5 3500U con gráficos integrados Vega 8, un total de 16GB de RAM DDR4 a 2666MHz en configuración 8GB+8GB. La parte buena de que venga con dos sticks separados en lugar de uno grande, es que podrás aprovechar el dual channel del SoC para mayor rendimiento, especialmente en gráficos. Lo malo es que, si bien los 16GB bastan y sobran para ofimática y demás menesteres ligeros, si quieres ampliar la RAM, te tocará cambiar ambos sticks. El NVMe incluído es de 512GB, modelo KY3100-512GB de fabricante desconocido, de los cuales tendréis aproximadamente 430GB usables para vuestras cosas en una instalación limpia. Tiene unas velocidades más que buenas para un equipo en esta categoría, llegando a 3574MB/s y 2389MB/s de lectura y escritura secuenciales, respectivamente. Si en algún momento necesitas mejorarle RAM o NVMe, puedes acceder a ella simplemente quitando la tapa superior, donde está el logo de GMKtec. Va sujeto por unas pestañas así que puedes abrirlo sin quitar tornillos ni utilizar herramientas. Tiene hueco para instalarle un segundo NVMe adicional al que viene de fábrica. Respecto a conexiones, tiene por delante dos USB-A 3.0, y un jack 3.5" combinado para auriculares y micrófono. Por detrás un USB-C para la alimentación (desconozco si tiene datos y podría usarse con un dock), un USB-C y un USB-A para periféricos, un Ethernet, un HDMI y un DisplayPort. Echo de menos un segundo USB-A trasero para poder enchufar el ratón, pero siempre puedes usar un hub externo o un adaptador pasivo para conectarlo al USB-C. En cuanto a redes, tiene una tarjeta Wi-Fi+Bluetooth Realtek 8822CE 802.11ac de 2.4+5GHz. En condiciones no ideales, a unos diez metros del router y con varias paredes en medio me negocia el máximo teórico (866Mbps), y con un test de velocidad llega a una velocidad de 207 Mbps de bajada y 473 Mbps de subida. La tarjeta Ethernet 2.5G integrada (Realtek RTL8125), para sorpresa de nadie, no tiene problemas en saturar la red y llega e incluso rebasa puntualmente la velocidad que me da mi operador, llegando a 654Mbps teniendo 600Mbps contratados de fibra simétricos. Respecto al software, viene con Windows 11 Pro 25H2 activado y en varios idiomas (incluido Español). No lleva nada de bloatware instalado (más allá de Copilot y demás aplicaciones que vienen con Windows 11, vaya), y pasando el antivirus de Windows y Malwarebytes no han detectado nada extraño instalado, así que parece ser una instalación limpia y segura. No obstante el procesador que lleva es compatible perfectamente con Windows 10 y Linux, así que podéis cambiarlo si así lo preferís. Podéis entrar a la BIOS con la tecla ESC, y seleccionar un dispositivo de arranque alternativo con F7. En cuanto a benchmarks sintéticos, con 7-Zip tenemos 14MB/s de compresión y 252MB/s de descompresión. Passmark nos da unos 1856.1 puntos (baseline id 338318238122). Geekbench nos da 1074 puntos en single core, 2147 puntos en multicore y 5402 puntos en Vulkan. Es un sólido mini PC para ofimática, para navegar por internet o como HTPC para ver películas. Olvídate de usarlo para juegos, eso sí. Por último, sobre temperaturas del SoC, consumo y ruido; usando Core Temp con una temperatura ambiente de 21.1ºC, y un sonómetro ubicado a 30cm de la salida del aire con un valor ambiente de 30dB: - En idle, en el escritorio de Windows sólo con Core Temp abierto: 51-53ºC, 3.3W-5W, 30.7dB - Tras cinco minutos ejecutando benchmark de 7-Zip: 66-68ºC, 14.4W-15.6W, 35.1dB Básicamente está perfectamente refrigerado. No vais a ser capaces de escucharlo a menos que le déis caña, y aún así, a duras penas respecto al ruido ambiente. Si lo queréis usar como servidor, será menos de un euro al mes en electricidad con estos consumos.

Trotz kleiner Komfort-Wünsche überzeugt sie mit Leistung, Flexibilität und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einsatz & Alltag Ich nutze den Mini-PC in meiner Bastel- und Spiele-Ecke, um schnell Tutorials nachzuschlagen, beim Zeichnen oder 3D-Druck Modelle zu bearbeiten oder mich mit YouTube und Streaming abzulenken. Für diese Szenarien ist der G10 wie geschaffen: schnell einsatzbereit, leise im Betrieb und mit genügend Power. Auch Anwendungen für meinen 3D-Drucker liefen tadellos. Darüber hinaus sehe ich viele weitere Einsatzmöglichkeiten: - Home-Office Workstation für Office-Programme und Videokonferenzen - Mini-Homeserver mit Proxmox für Smarthome oder Dokumentenverwaltung - Streaming-Box im Urlaub, dank USB-C PD Anschluss sogar mobil mit Dockingstation nutzbar - Mini-NAS mit zusätzlichem Zubehör, da der Speicher erweiterbar ist Meine Pro’s - Kompaktes Design, spart Platz und Strom - Genügend Leistung für erweiterte Alltagsaufgaben - VESA-Mount zum „Verstecken“ hinter dem Monitor - USB-C mit PD – perfekt für Dockingstation und mobiles Setup - Sehr leise im normalen Betrieb Meine Contra’s - VESA-Mount nur nutzbar, wenn die Monitor-VESA-Halterung frei ist - HDMI-Kabel etwas kurz – ein längeres Kabel wäre praktischer - Hinten könnten 1–2 zusätzliche USB-A Ports mehr sein (Luxusproblem) Ich gebe eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die einen grundsoliden Mini-PC für tägliche Arbeit, Hobby oder Multimedia suchen, ohne viel Geld auszugeben oder einen großen Tower-PC anschaffen zu müssen. Der GMKtec NucBox G10 ist ein preiswerter Allrounder, der sich unauffällig in jede Umgebung einfügt und dabei erstaunlich vielseitig ist. Trotz meiner Kritikpunkte gebe ich 5 Sterne, da diese Kritikpunkte mehr Komfortprobleme sind, die mir beim aufmerksamen lesen bereits vor dem Kauf klar waren bzw. jedem klar sein sollten.

Ho acquistato questo GMKtec G10 per usarlo come server casalingo dopo una lunga ricerca, andando a sostituire un Raspberry Pi 4B. Il salto di prestazioni è ovviamente enorme. Il Ryzen 5 3500U è decisamente potente per questo tipo di utilizzo e l’ho preferito a un mini PC con Intel N150, soprattutto perché supporta un’espansione di RAM fino a 64 GB, cosa che tornerà molto utile in futuro (appena i prezzi della RAM si abbasseranno). Un altro punto che fa davvero la differenza rispetto a molti mini PC simili è la presenza di due slot NVMe entrambi PCIe 3.0 x4: spesso il secondo slot è limitato a x1, qui invece no. Questo permette di usare comodamente un secondo SSD NVMe, ad esempio come NAS, senza colli di bottiglia. Molto apprezzata anche la porta LAN da 2.5GbE, perfetta per un server domestico moderno. Attualmente ci ho installato Proxmox, con diverse VM e container LXC, e impostando dal BIOS il power limit su “Quiet”, il consumo in idle si aggira intorno ai 7.5–8W, mentre si alza a 8.5–9W con un SSD esterno collegato perenne. Direi un risultato ottimo per un dispositivo che deve restare acceso 24/7, un grande punto a favore. Il mini pc arriva con: * Windows 11 preinstallato * Caricatore da 65W incluso * Supporto VESA * Manuale utente Altri piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza: * Possibilità di avviare il sistema da SSD esterno * Possibilità di impostare dal BIOS l’accensione automatica alla presenza di alimentazione, fondamentale per un server in caso di blackout Conclusione Un mini PC solido, potente e molto flessibile, ideale non solo per ufficio e casa, ma anche per chi cerca un server domestico a basso consumo. Per il mio utilizzo si sta dimostrando una scelta eccellente, lo acquisterei di nuovo.
