Ordered this because I'm taking lots of trips this summer and I wanted something that was versatile in where it could be set up, had a tray, and could fit in the suitcase. Was delivered yesterday and I used it today when I went to a friend's house for dinner. The carry bag is perfect. Everything fits so nicely in the bag without having to fight to get it back in. The seat folds out and back up very easily and seems really stable and sturdy. My only "complaint" is I wish the tray had a bit more of a lip to it so my 1 year old had a harder time shoving food over the side but that's really not even a big deal because he'll do it with or without a raised edge.Solid product. Super portable/compact. Seems really well made. 10/10

The chair itself is fantastic — sturdy, lightweight, easy to clean, and perfect for both mealtime and travel. It’s thoughtfully designed with safety and comfort in mind, and you can tell real parents had a hand in creating it.But what truly sets Hiccapop apart is their customer service. I’ve never experienced this level of genuine care and responsiveness from a company before.I have cleaned this chair a lot, sometimes with a pressure washer. My toddler loves to lean back and well... we've used it everyday so we had a tear in the upper corner. I reached out to Hiccapop, not only was their response super fast and their directions quick and simple, so was the shipping of the replacement fabric. Wow! I read many reviews before purchasing this item. We have used it a few times now. It was a great pick! If you are still considering it, just buy it. I went back and forth on a couple different ones. This chair is affordable and very easy to use. We took it on a travel trip with friends, and it worked very well sitting at the table during meals all together. We have also used it on our back patio to have baby sit at the table with us instead of having to hold him or use the stroller. It is a stable seat that will keep baby in place and comfortable. He enjoys sitting in it as he can sit and see everything around him. I'm happy that I purchased this item based on the other good reviews.

This little gem was a life saver for me! It’s compact and light. Easy to transport and set up. No worries if where you are going has toddler seats because this seat travels so easy. It’s low to ground making it a comfortable for baby to sit and harder to tip. It folders up and stores so easy. I keep it in my trunk so we always have it handy. The seat fabrics seem durable and easy to clean. The color was true to the picture. I purchased the gray. If you are in debate, I would recommend.

Not only is this a GREAT sturdy chair for our active toddler, is super easy to set up and use, and comfortable, but when the product arrived and I read the (super short/straightforward) instructions, I felt immediately at ease about the company. It is clear a lot of careful time and energy was spent designing this toddler chair and all the included instructions, and if I needed to reach out to the company’s customer service I suspect I would have been helped immediately. But because the product is so great and the instructions for use so simple, we haven’t needed customer service - instead we’ve just been enjoying using the chair outside this spring!

Pros:This has come in handy for us so many times, especially after welcoming our second kid a year and a half ago. I don't recall anymore how long it's been since we bought this but it's definitely been useful to us for the last 1.5-2 years. It's been very convenient to just leave in the trunk of our car for use when visiting family and friends without taking up too much trunk space, and the strap on the carry bag makes it way more convenient when you're busy wrestling kids in or out of a building. It's also come in handy as an extra seat when we've had other people bring over little ones, but forgot or didn't have a booster to bring of their own. Another (unexpected) plus is that because of how it's set-up, you can also just set it up directly on the floor as opposed to on a chair if you don't have enough chairs or chairs that might not seem sturdy enough for your little one.Cons:The tray is not very large so as your kid gets bigger, it will become less and less useful - and if they're like mine, they'll figure out how to tear the tray off anyway. It's not quite tall enough though for your kid to be at a good height at the table once they can no longer be trusted with the tray. You could maybe place something underneath it to prop it up a little higher as the canvas sinks down a little under their weight. I haven't tried that personally, but it might not help much anyway depending on the size/height of your little one. I definitely would not recommend this as a full-time high/booster chair replacement due to the height at table issue I just mentioned, but also because as your little one gets bigger and older and squirmier, this chair is just not sturdy enough to keep them safe and "contained" (not falling out) like an actual high chair or booster should. My youngest can essentially twist himself out of the buckles when he feels like it.I will add that with my youngest being quite large and a squirmy one, I'm looking into possibly getting a different travel booster that would fit better at table height and hopefully be more sturdy so that he can't twist his way out of it. Nonetheless, this chair is still pretty good at getting the job done for kids that are sitting up on their own and eating well, I'd say for ages 8 months (I'd say 6 months, but honestly I think that this shouldn't be the first chair they're in when they're still getting introduced and used to sitting and eating solids) to 15 months (after this is about when my little one started ripping off the tray and twisting out of the seat)
