These are awesome! I originally had paperlike screen protector (sent directly from paperlike, generation 3 of the product) and while the texture was nice to write on, it seemed to darken the screen a tad and lose a bit too much contrast for my liking. Meanwhile the screen brightness is fine with this, contrast is a touch better, and of course, it’s a layer of glass to give some extra protection to the iPad itself rather than a film screen protector. I’m glad it came with two because only days after installing the first, my cat knocked the iPad off my desk and I got some hairline cracks on the protector, the iPad was fine. The installation process was also super easy as it came with all the cleaning essentials and an alignment tray that worked well. The only con I have about theirs is the texture or feel of it is definitely rougher than the paper like, and may wear down my pencil more over time, but I have plenty of pencil tips so I’m not worried about it. Some may find this texture too rough to touch in general but I’ve gotten used to it. Overall way better value than the paperlike if you can get used to the extra gritty texture of the screen.

One of the best paper screen protectors I’ve tried. I used to layer a tempered glass and a paper protector and it interfered with the touch sensitivity. This is the perfect texture, feels great to write on, not to textured or too smooth.

I ordered this screen protector to replace a glossy screen protector. I was tired of fingerprints and the glare from the glossy screen. This screen has a matte finish. The texture feels a little gritty to the touch. But, not in a bad way. Application is super easy using the alignment guide. Cleaning has been easy, as well. Which I did just after it was installed. Though you only notice anything on the screen when the iPad screen is off. After using a glossy screen protector for a year it will take a little time to get used to the new feel. The kit comes with 2 screen protectors, two camera lens protectors and two Apple Pen tips. I’m only using the screen protector at the moment. Which is why I bought the kit. That alone is worth the money.

My daughter has been using this screen protector for 9 months now and hasn't had to replace it. She takes notes/studies on her iPad for hours almost every day, and there are no scratches or issues with the texture smoothing out. She has gone through 6 Apple Pencil tips already, though. The screen isn't as smooth as regular paper, definitely more gritty, which has caused the tips to wear down very quickly. The visual quality is impaired by the screen protector, but for what she's using the iPad for, the visual quality doesn't matter much.

I love this product. Installation is 4 out of 5, it has fewer bubbles than other protectors, but you still need to work out the bubbles and it can be a pain. The good news is, because this is a rigid sheet of glass, you can slowly peel it back up, then re-apply it. You can’t do that with a plastic film-type protector. This also comes with a frame so it doesn’t look offset. Once it’s on, I found it felt great, not just for drawing but for normal finger use too. It feels like high quality paper. The only downside is that it collected fingerprints, slight more than a flat screen or flat protector. It only shows when the screen is off. The hardness means the protector has a chance to save your actual screen if you drop your iPad. Don’t expect miracles, but I have a smaller iPad Pro that was treated rough, and the corners are smashed, with cracks in the corners of the glass, yet the screen protector prevented those cracks from spreading.

I love this screen protector. I got a new iPad for school and wanted a screen protector that felt more like paper than a normal glass. This is perfect!! It has enough texture that it makes writing feel more natural but your fingers still glide across when using touch. I read another review that said it was so rough it hurt the persons fingers so I was a little weary but unless your skin is already raw or really sensitive I it shouldn’t be to rough at all. I think the best thing about this product though is definitely that I have zero bubbles. I repeat ZERO BUBBLES 🫧. I think this might be the first time I’ve ever used a screen protector for anything where I didn’t have at least one stubborn bubble that wouldn’t go away. But this screen protector is absolutely flawless. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/5 will definitely be getting again.

This one makes me sad, guys. I really want to like it. The anti-glare is great and the “paper feel” is just what I was wanting. It was exactly what I was looking for in terms of texture. But now for the issues. First off, the stickers that are supposed to tell me which side is which during installation were the same? Both say “side 1” so I had to peel back both to figure out which was the sticky side. Kind of annoying. Then I find out that the front camera cutout is super off centered. To the point where the camera is only a few mm from being covered by the glass. Those things are minor annoyances but the biggest issue by far is that it has completely screwed up the responsiveness of my iPad. Doing the most basic of commands now requires two or three tries. Things get accidentally triggered when I’m just swiping and then when I try to scroll it’ll randomly just not react. My Apple Pencil skips now too. I have zero clue why this is the case, but it renders the product unusable for me. None of this was a problem before with my old shiny tempered glass protector? Such a bummer!

Cheap quality - makes iPad screen look very bad - removed immediately- waste of money…
