Good machine, but missed that it didn't have a fairly standard feature
I probably missed this in the description, but the PC & Monitor interfaces didn't match well. The Monitor had VGA & HDMI inputs. The CPU had only VGA & the other type whose name escapes me. Used the VGA

Horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Very inconsistent and the product was defective and did not function properly

Not an up to date gaming PC
This is not an up to date gaming computer. It will not play games like fortnite and call of duty. You need to buy an updated CPU and install it. I sent the gaming PC back. It is not what we wanted. I didn't want to have to spend an extra $300 for a good CPU. The tech people were very nice though. Walked through set up and would send what you needed to get through Amazon. They were available and answered almost immediately. Didn't have to wait hours for tech support..

Yes very good my wifi was not working they helped me a lot

Had problems with the WiFi Card which they did offer a $20 refund, ended up with $5 refund since I had to purchase a WiFi Card on my own. Out of courtesy they did offer to send a gaming head set which I thought was really nice so I accepted to only receive another set of speakers that I had already purchased and received. The product is okay service is okay could be better if they would have been honest on what they were sending me for the inconvenience. My son is happy with his PC but a hassle dealing w the inconvenience of it all.
