**Q: What if the short hitch pin doesn't fit my receiver because it's too short?**
A: Try removing the O-ring before installing the pin. If it's still too short, just reach out to us, and we'll send you the long hitch pin.

**Q: What should I do if the ball is loose?**
A: If the trailer ball becomes loose, it can still be used by applying thread locker to the M12 threads in the ball joint bore and retightening it securely. If still persists, please reach to us, and we will arrange to send you a brand new item.
