50 Calibre Ammo Box Berry Blast

Tried half spoon first, but 1/3 spoon works for me.

Interesting that previous batches differ from several years ago.So I had a box of sachets of this product from about 4 years ago I still had in my kitchen cupboard as I previously used this very often but stopped the gym due to life issues. When I first used this product (50 Servings bag in a box) after returning to the gym 6 weeks ago I was underwhelmed and remember it having more kick that I received.This product (50 Servings bag in a box) with a full 24g in scoop (weighed) hits like a cup of coffee compared to a sachet I had from before of same product, its been "watered" down in the formula for sure.I only noticed as It feels significantly under dosed now. I tested this with one day using a sachet and one day with this product for 6 days and I can feel the sachets working much better. (they are supposed to be the same product)Bottom line is, that I either got a batch missing key ingredients or this product line went through reformulation in the last four years making it weak and in my opinion, not worth the cost per workout.Also the taste between the older sachets and this product is night and day, still berry blast, but the sachets are much more intense in flavour (and quite a bit more gritty, but I kinda like that)I will try the sachets in my next purchase to see if its just this product (50 Servings bag in a box) vs a sachet. I hope its just this box of underwhelming flavoured water with a nice paresthesia effect and no actual stimulation.

I have been using Cellucor C4 for years and decided to try something different. I bought this pre workout for £32 and thought good value for money for 50 servings.When I read the box before first using, I realised it says use 1 serving half scoop? 1 scoop must be 1 serving, how can İ measure 11.6 gr powder with 25 gr scoop? Anyway I used my kitchen scale to measure 12gr and didn't feel any kick during my workout. 2nd day again 12 gr and nothing. On the 3rd day, I used 1 full scoop (24gr 2 servings according to label) and then it worked.Briefly, this product is 25 servings when using 1 scoop each workout season and it is £1.5 per serving. Ridiculously expensive, ordered Cellucor C4 again. They know how to rip off people.

use especially after night shifts. over use builds a tolerance. taste not great but ok (berry flavour) texture is a bit gritty shake well before drinkage. mixes ok no lumpy bits don't use more than 250ml per scoop makes things travel fast on the inside.face tingles to make sure you know its working. don't take full scoop at least 4hrs before sleep. shouting at the moon. improves your spidey sense.

There is some kind of blemish and lump on my forehead when I used this, never happened to me before but only happens on some pre-workouts I have tried. I don't recommend this because it has ingredients in there that can cause lumps and blemishes on the skin, and I think I'm probably allergic to something in here. The taste was okay considering the chemicals in it. I wonder what chemical causes the lumps I used 11.6g in 250ml of ice cold water. Clearly there are too many warnings and synthetic ingredients that have been known to cause all sorts of problems in life.Grenade need to reevaluate this product to be more healthier and perhaps vegan with no artificial chemicals then I would rate higher. As a pre-workout it didn't do more than a cup of espresso and its healthier to have an espresso than take Grenade who have a history of making everything with chemicals even the protein bars. They are good at marketing though.

Really wish I didn’t buy so much of this, probably the worst flavour I’ve tasted! I literally have to neck it to get it down!It’s not too bad as a pre-workout though I do feel slightly more energised and I get that itchy skin feeling.Very mediocre pre workout with an awful taste, not impressed and I won’t be buying again.
