I live in a senior two beroom apartment with wood grain textured vinyl plank flooring throughout. It's pretty old and I don't know if it's been properly cleaned since it was installed. I typically use a spin mop once a week after vacuuming and a spray mop in between, when needed (both are O'Cedar). No matter how hard it worked on it, my socks alway got so dirty!I just received my machine three days ago and have used it 3 times. The first time, I was amazed, but not surprised at how filthy the water was. So gross! Always, always go with the grain no matter what method you use to wash your floors. I went slowly so that the solution has time to work and the brush gave it a good scrubbing. I think the constantly rotating brush was able to clean deeper into the "wood grain" and lift out the dirt. After the third time, I could see a glow and more definition in the grain. It's probably going to take a couple more times to get the flooring absolutely clean but I am so happy about how clean my floors feel when I walk barefoot.The liquid cleaning solution is great and the small bottle will last a long time since you use so little. I'm glad I received the liquid instead of the tablets.Though it has some voice instructions, they are hard to hear over the machine, so they're pretty useless. (And they're done in awkward English.) It's easy to take apart to finish cleaning after the auto-clean cycle. The instruction manual leaves a bit to be desired. It leaves a couple questions unanswered and you have to find the answers by trial and error.IMPORTANT! Though I did not see it stated in the owners manual, NEVER run the machine without water. This is not a dry vacuum. Nor is it intended to be used on carpets. Some of the review videos show the machine being run without water or on carpets. Water must also be in the container when running the self clean mode.If I have any further thoughts or issues, I will update.UPDATE: I ordered a spare roller brush the other day directly from the manufacturer's website because it was on sale for $6 cheaper than on Amazon website, with free shipping. Today I received an email advising me that it is out of stock and to order from Amazon. I think this was unprofessional of them. If it was out of stock, their website should have said so. Or they could have offered a discount coupon for my trouble.

Great suction, fast dry time. Convenient self-cleaning mode.I have 5 dogs, and this is hands-down one of the best purchases I have made. They aren't all short-haired dogs, either. I have 2 German Shepherds, a Border Collie and 2 Pit Mixes (short hair). My GSD's and BC shed a ton, and this vac/mop handles the hair very well. I do have to clean daily to keep up with it, but this vac/mop has no issues with it.If I miss a day, I vacuum with my regular vac first then follow up with the Jonr. Even if I have to vacuum first, the vac/mop still cleans better than my mop and the floors dry faster as well.The battery life is pretty good. I can vac/mop my 1700sq ft ranch home on a single charge, and it still has battery left to self-clean. When I do have the vac/mop handle a lot of fur, it is easy to take apart and clean.If you have stuck-on messes, you will have to go over it a few times, but this vac/mop will get it up. It also handles pet messes really well.The only thing I would say could improve this vac/mop are seperate dry and wet tanks. But it is pretty phenomenal as is!

I read the instructions thoroughly, and it puts down cleaner leaving the floor sticky, but it doesn't rinse the floor, or dry the floor. I was very concerned about the noise it might make as I have a sick person who can't tolerate the sound. Finally today he was gone for a while and I got to use the cleaner for the first time. I've had it since Nov 2024, so can't return it, and I can't make it work. I'll have to rinse the floor and let it dry by hand after putting the cleaner down. And I'd like to mention that you have to use tablets in this cleaner, which means, you have to prepare ahead to find somewhere to buy the tablets. No one mentioned these things in the reviews I read before buying. I also want to warn you that the cleaner speaks, but it's so low and not distinct that you can even tell what it's saying. Push the butting and it will say voice #1, but there is no voice louder than #1. If you push the voice button again, it turns off the voice, which at least is less disturbing having to hear it making and a noise and can't tell what you're doing wrong, or right. I'm now going to have to go locally and see if I can buy a floor cleaner that works, and I'll ask around to see which ones on the market really work. I'm very disappointed as this cleaner wasn't cheap, and at the time was recommended by Amazon. Usually Amazon recommendations are reliable. If I had known it wasn't a loud machine I could have tried to use it sooner. I have vinyl plank flooring, professionally installed, and I can hear cracking sounds which I believe is due to mopping with a standard mop that must be more water than the floor can handle. So I'm disappointed that this machine doesn't clean, rinse, and dry the floor.

Much improved vs my previous version without the heated cleaning and drying function. Gets the job done. Make sure you take the dirty water tank apart and let it dry after each use or it will get super stinky and the metal inside will rust!
