I’m pleased with this magnesium complex. The capsule size is manageable and it contains a nice variety of magnesium types, which makes me feel confident I’m getting well-rounded absorption. It’s been gentle on my stomach, and I’ve noticed better relaxation and less nighttime muscle tension after a couple of weeks. Overall, a solid daily supplement.

It does absolutely what it supposed to do. It helps me with joint pain, it keeps my teeth strong and it relaxes me; that's why it's better to take at night. Magnesium is great for people who have issues getting to sleep on time.

It’s a good product,and yes it helps me with sleep.The issue I have is that sometimes the pills get lodged in my throat. I’ve actually taken them and they have opened before going down. Causing the Magnesium powder out my mouth. So not sure if I will purchase these again.Great price though.
