The product description and photo were misleading - I received Chewie instead of Leia. Not that I would complain, but I received something different to what was described.More seriously though, the mystery mini-figure was missing from the 4-pack - which was deeply disappointing! Amazon did what they could by issuing a refund, Funko couldn't help when contacted offering this response:"It makes sense to reach out to us as the manufacturer, regrettably, we are not able to provide replacements on behalf of retailers.Instead, we work directly with all of our authorized retailers to make sure they can accommodate exchanges for customers as long as they fit within their normal refund/exchange policy.For help with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to the retailer where you made your purchase."For me, the question that begs an answer is how the mystery figure went missing from a sealed pack. If this was a production issue, it wouldn't make it to Funko and such multi-packs with missing mystery figures would keep shipping!The Bitty Pop figures (Luke, R2D2, and Chewie) themselves were cute and very well made which is probably a solace!
