I can honestly say this is the best Echo device I’ve ever owned — and I already have several Echos at home. The Echo Show 21 is absolutely impressive. The sound quality is excellent, loud and clear, and the image is sharp and vibrant. It genuinely feels premium. I was originally thinking of getting a smart TV for my kitchen, but I decided to go for the Echo Show 21 instead, and I don’t regret that decision at all. It does everything I wanted and more, while also being a fantastic smart hub for the home. The installation was very easy and straightforward. I read a lot of reviews before buying it, and I’m really glad I trusted them — they were spot on. I love how well everything syncs. I can connect my Apple Calendar without any issues, access my shopping lists and to-do lists instantly, and listen to Spotify effortlessly. The number of widgets available is great, and they make everyday tasks so much more convenient. It’s become a central part of my daily routine. Overall, this device has exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, practical, and beautifully designed. If you’re considering an Echo Show or even debating between this and a smart TV, I highly recommend the Echo Show 21 — it’s worth every penny.

Received today and had it up and running in 10 minutes. After careful consideration and reading all the reviews, I am extremely pleased with the purchase and this is by far the best Echo yet. (Have had multiple Amazon devices prior). Screen quality is excellent and I was very surprised with the speaker quality and glad I waited because the speakers on the 1st Gen came under severe criticism. This is replacing my Echo Show 10 and I am aware that the speakers in the 2nd Gen Echo Show 15 will not match the sound quality of the Echo Show 10 because I believe the Echo Show 10 had a bigger lower frequency woofer so better for music. I will however consider using Bluetooth speakers to maximise the system with the Echo 15. I read many of the criticisms about lack of widgets but for me, there was enough. A ‘large’ calendar widget is available which is certainly good enough for my needs and the favourites Smart Home widget allows quick access to all my Ring Cameras through the Touchscreen without having to keep using voice commands. My wife shares my Prime benefits as a member of my Household Account and I was also very pleased that I can sync my iPhone Calendar and my wife’s (separate) iPhone Calendar both to the Echo 15 so the Calendar displays both lots of information. I had read multiple reports with mixed views whether this was possible but I can confirm it is without issue. Just have to mess around getting App specific password through Apple. Fire Stick integration is great especially as I use Amazon Prime & Netflix more than regular TV. Overall a great but of kit and perfect for the kitchen and definitely worth investing in the desktop stand which although expensive is heavy and swivels very smoothly. My only criticisms are that I wish a proper genuine Amazon white bezel was available and I wish the Alexa App had a better user interface because it is still in my view pretty poor and takes a lot of navigation to set up routines and get my multiple Echos set up as I want. The Echo 15 2nd Gen is not cheap but exceeded my expectation.

I absolutely love this it is one of thee best alexa's I've had, Setup was easy installation took less than 5mins. I have seen alot of reviews about ads beinf advertised on it and spoiling the asthetic of it but I turned them off and haven't seen one since. It's so handy having it in the kitchen so I can watch my programmes whilst tidying up. Sound quality is good, It's good to have a full screen for when my bling doorbell feed comes through it and I loved personalising the home screen. I have the 15" one and find it is big enough size for me think the 21" would be even better but stuck to this size for the cost. I would say for the cost it is really good value for me. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

We love our Echo. Was a big decision but helped our busy family get organised and helped the teens engage in diary management! Love the features and the fact it’s a mini tv too

I love the size of the show 21 and it looks great on my lounge wall. For the price and the fact this is Amazons second go at this it is still a little bit buggy. One of the main reasons for getting this was to use as a picture frame. I set up an Alexa show folder in my Amazon photos app with about 500 photos, but the Show does not shuffle them so I seem to keep seeing the same few pictures. I use it for listening to music from my Amazon music HD app which I have a Bluetooth Speaker attached. The speakers and sound are a fantastic improvement over the gen 1 but still not great to enjoy music. What would be great at this price would be an optical out to attach a sound bar or at least a 3.5mm jack output. All flat screen tv's have this because the speakers are not great, hello Amazon think about it, you could also sell more sound bars. On the subject of Amazon music, when listening to music with the lyrics on the screen, for some unknown reason the show will carry on playing music but then randomly put the home screen on the display, why? Don't get me wrong the show 21 is a great size but it is a waste of time if you keep seeing the same 10 photos of an album of 500. I have a Bose 2+1 bluetooth speakers system but the Show keeps forgetting that it's connected to it and plays on its tinny internal speakers and i have reset it up, which would not happen if it was hard wired. If you want to spend £400 to find out what the time is, the weather is like tomorrow or what to have for dinner tonight then great, don't waste a lot of money on this and just get a show 5 or 8 which can do all that and my show 8 sounds better than the 21 straight out of the box. I will be returning mine until Amazon sorts out these problem as I expected a lot more for 400 quid than just a big screen. A 32 inch tv with a fire stick is bigger, better and cheaper. Update after using this for a few weeks, simple, don't buy and save your money. So many problems with integration with other Amazon products like photos,music and Amazon Alexa app. Lack of connections and once set up devices seems to change settings on its own. I use it to mainly to listen to music and see what i need to buy from Amazon and you are bombarded with things you didn't even realise you needed from the seller. so will move to a dedicated music streamer as this can't do that well along with a lot of other things, apps are appalling and some are not available in your region i.e. only in America, so if you can't fully support it the UK why do we have to pay the same price as them for an inferior product. Shame has good potential but is let down by big business greed. This should be sold ad free for a bit more or cheaper if you don't mind keep being told you need to buy, let's say headphones or dishwasher tablets when I haven't even got a dishwasher.

This is a great product. You can watch Netflix, Prime etc. as if it’s a mini TV; sound and picture are great. The brightness is perfect and it works seemlessly as part of my kitchen setup. I use it to play music while cooking or washing up. The only downside is that for the price, I’d expect a greater range of apps and customisation available. It does what it does well but it has limited widgets…

Fantastic Product! Gets used everyday in our house! Sound quality is really good, fitting the product to the wall took minutes! Connected straight away to my Amazon account with no issues. Would highly recommend this product.
