It has become the central nervous system of my home security, managing all my Reolink cameras with absolute precision and no issues whatsoever. From the moment I unboxed it, the quality was evident. Setting it up was straightforward, and integrating my existing Reolink cameras (both wired and Wi-Fi) was surprisingly seamless. The promise of no monthly fees for storage was a huge draw, and the included 2TB HDD, expandable up to a massive 16TB, means I have ample local storage for all my 24/7 recordings without worrying about subscription costs or cloud vulnerabilities. The centralized control for up to 24 security cameras is a game-changer. I can view and manage all my cameras from a single interface on the Reolink app, which is incredibly convenient. The 16MP streaming is fantastic, providing crystal-clear live views and playback, allowing me to zoom in on details with impressive clarity. 7/2/2025 : I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! It has been ROCK SOLID for the past few months! I have not missed a single visitor or package! I was able to remove false notifications almost completely! And all for NO SUBSCRIPTION! Reolink are making some amazing devices! This is their newer style of NVR, and I highly recommend you doing your research, to figure out specifically what you need. This is definitely the future direction. I have one camera and one doorbell camera, and this has worked out perfectly so far, I have not felt a need to upgrade the hdd! Super snappy notifications. I recommend this system 2000% 3/23/2025 : It was pretty easy to set up with the Reolink doorbell. I played with the options, quite pleased with the results. I do wish that (1) after 5 minutes of an event push notification, pressing the notification would take me to the event recording instead of the live view, (2) the iOS app would remember my filter preferences when I go to playback, otherwise I always have to set it (I almost always just care about people, not motion). Works solid on my network through LAN, and connects with doorbell through home wifi (I turned hub wifi off). Looking forward to setting up everything with poe, for more peace of mind. I can definitely recommend this as a great option for home camera security. The Reolink camera video and audio quality are excellent compared to other competitors!

Like most REOLINK products this is a cool idea with glitchy technology. I ordered the Home Hub Pro and was excited to test it out. The instructions are simple, plug into the power source, plug into the router add device via the app. The first two were easy but the app kept telling me to use a stable network. Mind you this is a network that has 30 devices on it including 8 REOLINK wireless cameras, all working fine. Ok fine, maybe this product has a compatibility issue because it is a European design. So I send a email asking for technical assistance. 24hrs later hours later I get an email saying they will be happy to help me set up my *camera*. I said no it was connecting the Home Hub I was having problems with. 24 hrs later I get an email saying did you plug it in. Yes. 24hrs later what is the color of the light. Red I answer. 24hrs later an email tell us exactly the process you used to set up. I gave up and returned the product.

Excellent product and quality

Reolink one of the very few not trying to sell you monthly subscription you see what you want to see no delay with advertisement. Most other companies give you 6 seconds of viewing after the advertisement, drive you nuts when you need to view an event quickly. They sell you the camera and then decide what you can watch, In the meantime they sell advertisement on your camera, they should give the camera away and run their commercials, none of this nonsense money grab using Reolink and the Reolink works as well if not better than competitors, there is just no matching Reolink, their pro hub for local storage works very well.

Using the Reolink Home Hub Pro as the central hub for my Reolink setup. Setup was straightforward overall, and newer cameras connected easily through the app. The interface is clean and feels more organized compared to running standalone devices. Build quality feels solid and more like a small network appliance than a basic consumer device. It runs quietly and has been stable once configured. Performance has been strong with supported cameras , centralized recording is smooth, playback is responsive, and having everything in one place is much more convenient than relying on individual SD cards. One thing to note: I was not able to connect some older models (like the E1 Pro) to the Hub. They continue to operate as standalone cameras with SD cards. If you’re mixing older and newer Reolink devices, compatibility is something to double-check before buying. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade if you’re running multiple newer Reolink cameras and want centralized storage and management. Just confirm compatibility with older models first.

No issues installing. Install hub first before setting up cameras. Did not try the WiFi feature as all my cameras are POE. If you want continuous recording, upgrade to a larger capacity drive. For motion activated recording the 2TB drive will do. The HDMI port is a nice touch and allows you to attach a large screen to the hub. Have recommended this to friends.

Previously opened packages including protective packet for hard-drive. This item was sold as new. Have yet to trial set-up, but am worried I may have been delivered a lemon. Not a great first impression. Update: customer service has been fantastic and the product has been working very well. Four stars.
