Empty pen

This was the 2nd time I ordered this product I even got a subscription because the first time I loved the product but this second time I ordered it I got an empty pen nothing comes out so im definitely canceling that subscription im going to be paying to get empty pens.

Not enough product!

There was not enough product in the tube to see results! However, it doesn't leave my hair greasy, and the product is unscented. Just what I was looking for, but not enough to achieve the results I was hoping for.

Trust the process and I'm going to buy again.

Relaxing to the scalp. It has a cooling sensation after putting it. It does have a herbal smell but it's not that bad at all it's a pretty normal for the organic contain ingredients of the product. I can't give it a five stars since I'm still in process of using the product and can't tell if it does help me with my hair loss. I know this product is in long term use to make it work.
