Bodyprox Elbow Brace 2 Pack for Tennis & Golfer's Elbow Pain Relief

I never write reviews because a) I generally can’t be bothered and b) I don’t generally get overexcited by anything because c) I am generally very lazy. One thing I do though is go to the gym daily and lift weights. I’ve had tennis elbow in both arms which I got from playing goalkeeper where I give the impression of diving about a lot and landing on my arms, when in reality I am just seeking to have a bit of a lie down and to get my energy back. The pain in my arms has been tortuous. I’ve been wearing compression sleeves at the gym which only allowed me to lift weights but still with the intense pain. It would get worse at night and I’d wake up every hour with that sickening stiffness in both arms. Sleep is very important to me and I’ve probably only been going about 2 hours a night. I ordered these and got the notification they had arrived when I was at the gym. Upon finishing my arms were murder and so I put these on once I got home. I can honestly say that the pain reduction is in the region of 80%. I really can’t believe it. Delayed writing a review to see how they helped through the night = hardly any pain. Easy to put on and I’ve not had any issues with Velcro irritating the skin like some others. Probably took about 3 adjustments to get them to hit the sweet spot where they were most effective. For me it’s about 2 inches below the elbow. Eventually realised they are best on the forearm muscle and tightened so that there was a little discomfort in that muscle. Eventually the straps loosen that muscle and do the job perfectly. I can’t believe how well they work and I was really sceptical. They are life changing for me and to have the pain limited to just a minor irritation is what I prayed for. No idea if they help to eliminate it over time but I will be wearing these 24/7. Buy them. For £12 it’s almost criminal how cheap they are based on what they do to help.

One of broke when I just tried it on the first time, the other one is still in good condition after few months using it. It does the job .

The padding does help with symptoms of golf elbow; but it is difficult to make tight enough with the length of strap.

Perfect, very comfortable once you find the sweet spot for your condition. Little itchy where the label is but easy to cut that off.

Edit: Although the review below still stands, unfortunately the velcro started wearing off after 4 weeks so I had to return them, hence knocking it down a star.Bought this with a lot of scepticism and was expecting to return it. My inner forearm and wrist pain has been really bad recently to the point where bicep curls, even with an EZ bar, were unbearable. Even lifting dumbbells was causing me a lot of pain, a wrist strap not doing anything to help. I thought I'd have to stop weighlifting for a while but decided to give this strap a go as a last resort and it's been an absolute game changer.I can now lift my usual weights without any pain or loss of form to compensate, my workouts are pain free and there's no post workout inflammation or pain either so day to day life is a lot more comfortable as a result. No need for constant icing or ibruprofen gel after workouts either. Can't recommend this highly enough, so glad I decided to give it a chance.

Slightly softer pad on the inside than some others I've tried - so more able to tolerate, definitely supports my arm when my pain is high.Well made item and good value for money. Very happy to have found it amidst so many options out there. Thank you and 10/10
