wasted money
had difficulty setting up, unclear instructions, now hob will not work, started last week when only 2 hobs worked now all 4 refuse to work, complete waste of money and costing another £30 for the council to collect it for the tip.

Sturdy and well made
So far so good. Not keen on the clock setting or the timer but I'll get used to it.Hopefully it will last longer than my previous Stove which I paid a lot more for and it failed after 4 years.

almost perfect
This cooker and oven are really great, it has only one drawback - it is very difficult to turn on the touch buttons

Customer service? What is that?
Customer service is diabolical. And the touch buttons are finicky at best.

Noisy hobs
This looks like a great buy but beware. I have recently moved and left my built in induction hob behind. It never made a noise like this. It has an intermittent humming noise and I have tried turning the heat down as suggested but to no avail. It is very annoying especially now as I have an open plan kitchen.Spend a bit more and read the reviews.
