Water Hookup Kit Compatible with Dreame X50 Ultra/X40 Ultra/L40 Ultra/L10s Pro Ultra for Automatic Refill and Drain

The media could not be loaded. Works as advertises. This unit works for Dreame X50 Ultra model as well. I encountered the following issues while installing it:1) I received drainage system error. The manual DOES say it will occur. Just use the robot with mop function and it will not be an issue.2) Check the mop washing function 2-3 times after the first install. The water may not drain from the mop pad washing area due to the presence of air in the drainage pipes. I received “high water level in mop pad washing area” error and I realize that the unit was not able to remove dirty water. To solve this, make sure the top cover is sealed and locked properly on this unit and apply gentle suction from the end of the drainage pipe to create “negative space”, devoid of air so that with the next mop wash, the system will suck water as expected.There is a video on how to install for those who need it. The instruction manual is full of good information and schematics. Overall build quality appears nice. The noise level is minimal. The cost is literally 30% of the robot value, but if it works for 2-3 years without problems, the item will be good value for money.The seller is great. The manual has their email address. I emailed them and received a helpful response within few hours. If you really want automatic drainage and refilling capability on your robot and can do a bit DIY plumbing, this unit is recommended.I was able to cut out the base of my kitchen cabinet and install the entire unit inside. The plumbing was taken from adjacent kitchen sink. I highly recommend installing a ball valve closure (not included in the package. I used- 1/4 inch OD Tubing&Hose&Pipe Use Inline Shut Off Ball Valve Plastic Quick Connect Fittings for Water Purifier RODI System) on the clean water pipe. The seller could consider adding this shut off ball valve with the package. It will come handy in quickly shutting the water supply in case you have a leak or need repair/disconnection. Also, if the dirty water is draining into a drainage pipe, use the adapter rather. I used-APEC Water SADDLE-DRAIN-3-8 Drain Saddle Valve 3/8" for Under-sink Reverse Osmosis System.

Compré la aspiradora DREAME L40 Ultra en enero de 2025, junto con el accesorio de llenado automático de agua. Mi expectativa era automatizar el aseo de mi hogar, para tener mas tiempo, pero el resultado ha sido lo contrario. Ya estamos en septiembre, pero las fallas comenzaron 3 meses después de adquirido el producto:El sistema de colocar y retirar la mopa falla constantemente, lo que impide que la aspiradora cumpla con la programación nocturna. Se queda atascada y requiere intervención manual.El accesorio de llenado automático de agua dejó de funcionar hace cuatro meses.La base dejó de realizar la aspiración automática del polvo.En la práctica, hoy debo llenar el agua y vaciar el polvo manualmente, lo que convierte a la L40 Ultra en una aspiradora común, muy lejos de lo que promete ser un producto automático.A estos problemas se suma un deficiente servicio postventa:Solo cuentan con un WhatsApp para atención, lo que obliga a describir fallas complejas por texto, con respuestas lentas.No disponen de un número telefónico para consultas básicas ni coordinación.Yo solo necesitaba hablar con voz con alguien un par de minutos para coordinar el viaje, ya que el centro de soporte más cercano está a 100 km, así que necesitaba indicarle las fallas y que me diga si tienen solución para ver si realizaba el viaje o no, pero fue inflexible. Entiendo que quieren que les escriba, pero no tengo tiempo para redactar un largo mensaje. Ahora lo hago porque estuve obligado, pero yo espero que una empresa que vende productos de alta gama, como mínimo sea capaz de tener un agente no técnico para coordinar cosas y encauzar a los clientes por el camino correcto para tomar el servicio. En cambio, dejan a los clientes a la deriva, con una atención impersonal, fría y sin empatía, lo que agrava la falta de accesibilidad. La persona que me contestó por WhatsApp no tuvo la flexibilidad ni la empatía para atenderme en una llamada, incluso me respondió un último mensaje que parecía irónico.Solo quería eso sin tener que escribir un largo texto para coordinar algo que se haría simple con voz, sin tener que escribir todo el texto como este reclamo.En conclusión, la marca DREAME ofrece un producto de mala calidad y un postventa ineficiente, trasladando la responsabilidad al usuario en lugar de brindar soluciones efectivas por un precio que está sobrevalorado. Mi tiempo es valioso para perderlo.

The item is exactly as described and I installed this in my L10s Pro Ultra. There are probably more connectors than needed, but I used them all anyway. The only thing lacking was an adapter for my specific water shutoff valve, as mine are 3/8" and the one included is 1/2". That said, everything installed perfectly and it's honestly amazing. No more refilling or dumping water contents, and installing the unit enables and enhanced mop pad cleaning mode.

After 6 months of daily use, it stopped emptying the dirty water section of the device. I contacted support and was told this is a China model and the automatic fill and drain is not supported for my X40 ultra robot. (In the USA)It was working. The app recognizes it.Dreame is just trying to get away with not honoring a warranty.I wish I had some recourse but don’tThe company actually told me I could buy the x40 Master version if I wanted auto fill and drain! This tells me that it works in the US. They just won’t support the Dreame I purchased.

The unit arrived several weeks early. Came with everything i needed to install it. Works great. Now i never have to fill or empty the reservoirs
