I'm 5'1" 113 lbs Athetic built and my implants are Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Extra-Full Projection 580cc. i bought the (Medium) based on other reviews. It fits perfectly i am on the last hooks right now as swelling goes down i can still have 2 more rows of hooks if i need it tighter but I'm post-op 10 days from having internal maxoplexy lift I still have swelling and fluid my surgeon wanted me to start massaging my right breast down cause its still a little high and massaging down was getting painful so I wanted to try out this surgery bra with the strap across the the to push the implants down naturally instead of forcing it. So far so good. Its comfortable. The strap across the top is thru my armpits but it hasn't bothered me. The fabric is soft and silky. I hope all these details help to get the right fit. I normally use a size small but I size up to medium I'm glad I did.

I ordered this bra because the one I ordered from a more expensive company was on back order and I needed a compression bra ASAP after having a breast reduction/lift. This bra actually exceeded my expectations!! I wasn't expecting too much from a bra under $25. I would advise that if you are swollen, please size up! Thats with ANY company! The bra is true to size. The compression is just the right amount, not too tight. It has adjustable and eyes in both the front part and the shoulders. Its comfortable and holds everything in place. The back is completely covered and sides are high. The waist line is a bit longer so the band doesn't irritate your stitches.I would definitely recommend this bra!

It's a little loose I will go down one size

Had an augmentation and bought the bra the surgeon recommended and was using the wrap the doctor gives you, however I found the wrap uncomfortable and I felt like it wasn’t staying in the right place so I decided to order this and I just put it on and give it a 10 out of 10. If you are having a surgery on your breasts, this is the most comfortable recovery bra I’ve found. Yes yes yes. Straps are adjustable, everything about it. Recovery just got 10x better with this and nobody is paying me to say this. You won’t regret this purchase

Amazing! More supportive and comfortable than the compression bra given to me by the hospital post-surgery. Am going to buy 2 more so that I can wear them on rotation over the next 6 weeks. Giving support in all the right places and the extra compression strap is versatile. 5 stars!

I bought several post-op bras. This was by far my favorite. I had a breast lift and enlargement. After the surgery, I was a 32D. I purchased a medium. I wore this on the tightest hook settings and it was perfect so if your band size or cup size is smaller than mine then you should go for the small. My other post-op bras did not have the band that went above the breast, I found this band incredibly helpful from day three onwards for extra compression.
