I was told to take some vitamin B-6 and found these on Amazon. I appreciate the quality and size of the pills as it makes them easy to swallow. This vitamin has been exactly what I needed and I appreciate the high quality ingredients.

This kind of thing can only be truly evaluated for its quality after being used for a period of time. I only recommend it to you after having used it myself. It's really very useful and it's a great product.

For anyone dealing with morning sickness, this was the easiest and quickest fix for my all-day-and-night waves of nausea. I take one before bed and it only took about 5 days for me to feel a huge difference. Prior to using B6, my “morning” sickness was preventing me from getting out of the house. I was afraid to drive because I’d get waves of dizziness and nausea while driving. Once I started these, I felt like I was able to join the world again. I don’t notice a smell. As for the taste, occasionally, I get a tart/ sour taste while swallowing them, but they’re small and easy to swallow. If you’ve ever taken vitamin c, that’s what they taste like. There are a number of crushed pills/ powder in the bottom of the jar which are unusable, but it’s still a great deal.

This helped for my girlfriend’s pregnancy. It’s a great supplement and it was easier to get it than going to the store. Easy to take. The taste wasn’t yummy but it goes down easy.
