Helps in milk supply and protein content
If you are looking for a supplement for milk supply, should definitely go for Lacta Fit. It also has high protein content which again is helping in my postpartum diet. It keeps me full and i have less sugar cravings. All in all, it’s a good supplement for postpartum mamas.

Good supplement for new moms
Having whey and vegan protein along with galactogogues- very helpful for a new mother like me who has to focus on milk supply, weight loss, protein in my diet ALL with very little time to spare for myself. Taste like chalk powder. Not dissolve in water whenever to try to dissolve it gets thicker and thicker paste like .
