Unfortunately, she got our OEM magic remote for our OLED77C1 TV. The OEM device still works fine, but the battery cover was damaged and wouldn't stay in place on it. We tried the silicone covers, and that only made the remote more enticing as a dog chew toy (who would have thought?) Enter this replacement remote: It works exactly as the original device does. It was simple to set up and pair with the TV. The buttons all work just as they should. Voice commands work just as the original did (not that I use this feature very often). My only complaint with the replacement remote is the scroll wheel / enter button. The scroll wheel is extremely sensitive, so often when I go to press Enter, the wheel scrolls first. This is a minor annoyance, and is the reason I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
