Is this product keto diet friendly?

Not very. The net carbs on these bars are FALSELY STATED. In fact, there are two class action lawsuits against the company for misleading consumers on the artificially low net carbs stated on these products. Maltitol needs be be counted partially in the net carb count, (approximately 50% actually) so if the nutritional facts say 9g sugar alcohols and Maltitol is the only one in the product, you need to count 4.5 grams of net carbs for this, in addition to any other non-fiber carbohydrates these snacks contain. So that 2 or 3 net carbs stated on the box are in fact closer to 7 or 8. Now your keto diet is stalled completely after you eat a couple of these!
