The taste is really good and it doesn’t leave a nasty taste in your mouth. This product will make you go regularly as long as you take it regularly. Not as sluggish when taking it, not like giving you energy but you feel a lot more refreshed. I put it in my subscriptions because I like it so much.

I’ve bought this magnesium liquid drops on three different occasions, and they’ve worked well each time. They help me relax and sleep better, especially at night when my body feels tense or wired. I also like how easy they are to use. I am not a fan of pills. I can adjust the amount depending on how I’m feeling. My only small complaint is that they’re a bit too sweet for my taste, but for now that’s fine. I've actually used them in a bedtime tea.

great taste, easy to use. my nightly dropper full relaxes my body and helps me go to sleep. liquid vitamins and minerals is the best way for me to absorb them and sublingual is easiest. give it a try if you know you need magnesium but pills and powders don't seem to help.

I would give a minus star if there was an option. This product doesn’t work at all. I’ve had my expectations high due to the amount of good reviews and the 4.5 star rate. I’ve used it for several nights in a row and it was like I took water instead of this. I’ve never write reviews, but this one really deserves it. Very disappointing!! I’ve even tried to return it and guess what? You cannot because it has been opened. Go figure!!
