My daughter is 7 almost 8 she’s 4’5 super tall!! She always has worn the artix overalls for skiing and we decided to give the snow suit a try! She’s a Medium 85lbs. Fits her with a little room to grow.

Good snowsuit other than no hood adjustments.
I ordered a size S, which it turns out is an 8 (I was thinking it would be a 6-8). My daughter is in a 5T currently, so this is large on her and we haven't gotten to really test it outside yet, but here are my thoughts and observations about it currently:The sleeves have velcro at the cuffs. I like how that keeps snow from getting up sleeves, helps the sleeve to not go over my daughter's hands, and it helps to keep mittens on. We like to put on mittens or gloves before putting arms through the sleeves, and then velcro at the cuff to make it a good, snug fit. There is also a piece of fabric near the wrist that has a thumb-hole in it that can help to keep things in place and prevent snow from getting up the sleeve, too.The zippers work well, and the velcro on the leg pocket is good.It has a thin strips of reflective material on the hood, and 1 on the leg pocket. The hood does not detach, so it can't get lost. The hood is a good size, but it does not have anything to keep it on (no size adjusters, snaps, velcro, etc.).The materials feel high-quality and warm. Although we have yet to have a good chance to test out the warmth, I think it seems like a good snowsuit and am happy to have it for when our kids are that size!

Kids kept nice and warm
This worked great during a long day playing in the snow. We had a few extra layers on the kids of course, but this helped a ton! Checking on the kids throughout the day, they kept saying they were warm and felt very cozy or snug. Hope they won't grow out of it before out next winter trip.

3t is like a 5t
This seems to be a really thick good quality snow suit. I bought it for my tall 3 year old grand daughter. Sadly it's so big length wise I don't think she will fit in it until she's like 5. But the price was good so we are keeping it for her!

Seams/stiches not holding
The quality of the ingredients are perfect. We have bought lots of Arctix gear over the years. But the thread used for this snow suit is cheap and just evaporates. I've had to top stitch most of the major seams of this suit. Costing me tons of time. Using a high quality thread has solved the issue.

Lots of length and pockets
So many pockets. Pocket with a velcro flap on the leg. Two zippered hand warming pockets. Zipper pocket in the arm. Zipper Napoleon pocket. Outer wrist cuff has a velcro strap to tighten. There's an inner cuff to keep the snow out. The inner leg cuff is lined with a nonslip band to keep it in place. Machine wash and tumble dry. There's a zipper that goes across the butt that confused me, but then I realized it's to allow for easy access for diaper changes. The label says it's good down to -20F, but that's probably only if doing vigorous exercise. There's a weird lump in both elbow seams. My toddler doesn't seem to notice, but older kids might be bothered.

Excellent snowsuit!
This high-quality snowsuit from Arctix provides complete coverage from the snow and cold. We love the inner lining and cuffs on the arms and legs, which help keep the snow and elements out. Additionally, there is velcro at the wrists to cinch up gloves. Although the snowsuit is not bulky, my daughter says it is very warm. This allows for better mobility, making snowboarding and sledding more fun for the kids.Selecting the proper size was difficult because I could not find a sizing chart for the small, medium, or large. However, after looking at other snow gear offered by Arctix, we decided to purchase a small one for my daughter. The small size seems to fit a 7-8 year old. We wanted room to grow into the snowsuit, so the small size worked well for us.Overall, this is an excellent snowsuit, and I would definitely recommend it for purchase.

Thick and quality
Like many of the things I’ve gotten from this brand, I like it. The quality feels good and I’d expect it to last awhile.I’m still confused by their sizing as this was way more big than I was expecting. But other things they make have come in too small. Other than their sizing issues, I like this brand.

Nice but small
This is a good quality suit just a bit small for my son. However it did the job for the event.

very poorly made
Overall rating should be 0. Ordered snowsuit 2 months ago for my grandson. I was told a seam had come apart and since I sew I offered to repair it. Upon looking over the suit, every leg seam - inside and outside seams had frayed apart; the waist seam was also shredding apart. I think the problem is the material - very cheap and not made for kids.

Stitches are weak
I bought this suit for my son cause he prefers one piece snow suits. He is 8 so plays in the snow....after a week the stitches of the knees tore apart. The material itself is still intact and didnt rip thankfully. The under arms of the suit also ripped. The suit itself is a nice quality and seems to be really warm. sadly i cant recommend this to any one or if you do purchase sewing skills will be required to be able to sew it back together
