We did not receive any screws with this purchase. Shouldn't those come with it?

Screws should come with the product, but any wood screw short enough too not go all of the way through the bottom of the cabinet will work.

There is a piece that I see that can clip on the legs. Is that used for installing toe kicks? If not is there a way to install toe kicks on these?

Yes you can install toe kicks on the piece that clip on the leg

Is there a way to adjust these other than turning the knob on the bottom of the leveler?

Not sure what you are asking. I set them close to correct when installing. You can turn them by inserting a screwdriver in the slots when they are loaded.

how much weight are they rated for?

I did not notice if information on the packaging stated maximum weight , but, I built an 8ft. tall by 3 ft. wide cabinet and filled every shelf, the"Xntun levelers" are working perfect. they seem more sturdy than some othersI purchased . My new filled cabinet must weigh (estimated) between 200-250 pds.
