Recommended for Miniature Painting Beginners
Was thinking of getting an expensive primer for my minis, but thought better of it as a beginner. Opted for this instead. Genuinely nice coverage. Good spray. Quick drying and a nice dark finish. Sticks nicely to the surface. Itβs hard to make it too cakey. Even as a newbie. Good quality primer. Nothing fancy or specialist needed.

Great for modelling/miniature figures and a great price
my son uses this for his modelling miniature figures and he says it is just as good as the branded modelling spray just a better price

Probably the best value for money brand for metal spray
I have basically no spraying experience, but bought a can of "automotive" primer and paint from another brand to repaint my bicycle handlebars and struggled to get a good quality result/coating. Bought a can of primer from Motip afterwards and I was so satisfied with it that I bought the paint from them too without hesitation. Loads in the can (about double what was in my first purchase and enough to do this job like 4 times over), ideal amount of propellant, and you can get a very professional looking and durable result with ease. Just sand, clean, and spray from a distance to get a lovely thin dusting of paint with ease and little wastage. You'll also struggle to find any more than 500ml for the Β£6ish price. Would definitely recommend, and this is from someone who almost never writes reviews.

Good for warhammer minis
I've bought this twice, and use it as a primer for warhammer minis. It's a good price and there's plenty of primer in the tin.The nozzle is good and it doesn't splatter paint even when i'm spraying for an extended period. The primer is thin and doesn't cover any details, provided a good application method is followed, i.e. short bursts from about 20cm away. Will definitely keep coming back for more
