Mom of 3 approved. Wasn't sure at first, but it does its job wonderfully! Love this thing!
First, let me say that this is not a sturdy piece of metal, it appears to be junk. HOWEVER, if this was made of heavyweight metal, there is no way it would be able to be designed this way, be able to fold up how it does and be portable like it is. It's not any cheaper feeling than the wooden rack we had. I spent 48 on it, I think it should be on the lower end of 40, but I needed a drying rack and the other one wasn't in stock AND people said it was "junk" too. (minky tower rack) I am able to hang 3 loads of clothes, adults and kids. On the outer rungs, i hang the lighter items because I'm afraid if i don't i'll bend the shelf too much. So, you have to do a balance game how you hang the clothes a bit, if you don't want to stress the rack too much (which i don't because the last thing i want to do is box it up and return it or be out of 50 bucks!) I hang the heavy towels in the center and the lighter items on the outside racks where there is less stability/support. It has not collapsed and actually when I think it's going to crumble to the floor, it's surprised me quite well, how it does it's job! Would i put my toddler on it to check for support? no. lol But, i am perfectly pleased with this rack and I'm happy to have it during the winter months or on days where I don't feel like hanging laundry outside. My dryer broke and we save about 70 a month not using a dryer, so i hang dry all of our clothes. there are some nights where I don't feel like lugging the clothes outside, so I use this almost daily to hang our clothes. We live in california and i was hoping that it would also increase the moisture in our home by having wet laundry drying indoors. Do i wish it wasn't so delicate feeling? yes. but at the same time, it's nice to be able to whip it around to get it out of the way, too. I've had this for a few weeks and use it almost daily, and I would totally recommend this product to a friend. Just don't go drying bowling balls on it and you will be fine. UPDATE: I have used this rack for a few years and it has held up wonderfully, and it still is just as sturdy as the day I bought it! I love this drying rack and have used it daily to dry 2-3 loads at a time! I hand the kids clothes on the bottom and my cats use it as their own personal cabana, because it's like 30 degrees cooler under the rack filled with wet clothes. My cats have jumped on the racks and never broke them. My kids have hung clothes haphazardly on it and it withstands their abuse. I totally recommend this product!

Finally, someone got it right!
I've been using drying racks for 20 years, now. I'm big and tall and finding XXL clothes that fit is expensive so I want to maintain my stuff in good condition. Sadly, the regular electric ol' tumble-dryer tends to destroy my clothes so a clothes line in the summer and a rack dryer in the winter is essential to me. I've tried many versions of drying racks and whatever the price paid (they are made of metal covered with paint), they all die after a few months: Welds tend to break, the metal bends and rusts, cheap wheels break, etc. So, I decided to see what better system I could find on the web as physical retailers just don't deliver quality! Their products look good on the box, but once it is in your laundry room, and you need to put your family's clothes on it, you realize it won't last long. This drying rack is just perfect! It is sturdy, it is easy to fold after use,it holds many items (with hooks for socks and undies) it looks good (no, seriously), it is light weight and (I'm not joking, here) you can completely disassemble it and reassemble it if you want to as all the pieces are adjustable. I never thought that I could say that about a drying rack but it's a beautiful and highly functional object. And if you're the person doing the laundry in your family, you might interest your kids in using it!

Awsome!!!!!!!
I purchased this drying rack two years ago. I have laundry room in the building I live in, but I like to air dry my clothes. This rack has an incredible capacity. I can pretty much fit over 30 pieces in here between pants, shirts, socks, undies. Evey little space can be use to hang something. Even though it is a big piece, it folds nicely to fit in my closet for storage. Only cons is I wish wheels stick was metal and not plastic. Assembly is easy but be careful when placing wheels as plastic stick might break if too much pressure put on it.

Great Indoor Drying Rack
My dryer broke (can't afford a new one yet) and I don't like outdoor line drying because insects (eww, spiders, beatles, and other creepy crawlies) get on the laundry, not to mention pollen and dust. Browsing around the internet for drying racks, this one caught my attention because of the amount of items it can hold for the space it takes up. I ordered it, it came quickly, and I put it together by myself without help from husband in less than an hour with no tools required. Yay!! It is very lightweight and the racks fold down to take up less space, making it easy to take through a doorway. The quality is decent, however, I give it a life expectancy of five years or less due to plastic parts. If you have little children who are going to try to hang from it, forget about it - it won't last. I put wet jeans more toward the inner side of the racks to avoid breaking it. I wouldn't put anything heavier than that on the racks. It does have the center pole for drying larger items. In my opinion, it is the right size for one or two people or for a larger family that wants to avoid the dryer for certain items. For me, it holds about one load of laundry. Since I don't do all of my wash at once, that is not a problem. Currently, I have it in my garage next to the washer, for convenience. This avoids the insect problem. I think I will probably bring it indoors in the winter for faster drying time.

Perfect -- for limited uses
I have certain clothes that I never dry (sweaters, delicate blouses, wool clothes, bright colored and black t-shirts, etc.). I really was one of those people who had clothes lying all over the house to air dry. I wanted something like this to accomplish the job in one spot. I didn't plan to ever hang anything heavy on it, so comments about not being able to take heavy weight didn't seem to be a problem I'd be having. When I got the unit, the first thing I noticed was three of the shelves were broken (poor manufacturing assembly and probably a bad die casting the plastic assembly on the side of the shelves.) Given how much I paid for the unit, I was not happy. I requested a replacement from Amazon, which arrived about 3 days later. The new unit had the same problem, 3 broken shelves right out of the box. I swapped out all the broken shelves for ones that weren't and swapped out one wheel that wouldn't stay attached on the bottom and got a good set. Amazon was great for working with me in the swaparound, even sending me an email that they got my return product. I like how flat this item can fold up and store against a wall, the wheels fold independently of each other, the shelves fold independently on each side and the hanger holders fold inward too. This unit is probably to big to fit into a standard closet for storage. I set it against a wall and fold down all the shelves when not in use. It helps that it is stored right next to my heater, so it does a good job of drying my delicate clothes. For me, it was just what I was wanting. So far, I've only used one side of the unit leaving the wheels of the other side folded in and shelves of the other side folded in. I have not had any issues with it seeming to want to tip over. It's pretty sturdy having just one side of light clothing loaded on it against a wall. I don't think this unit would do well for drying totally wet towels or denims. It's not that strong. If you are careful, maybe. It would also be good for drying used towels or wash clothes between uses keeping the from getting smelly either for reuse or before throwing them into the laundry. This definitely is not a product to have in a house with kids -- it would be broken in 30 minutes. It is delicate. Use it for delicate items and it works. 3 stars for being "usable" for intended us. Taking away use because two stars because BOTH sets I ordered came with numerous broken parts right out of the box. That is unacceptable. If you buy this item, make SURE you buy it from Amazon. It comes with a guarantee from the manufacturer but they charge something like $12 for postage to replace the bad parts (Item is made in Korea.) Amazon will accept the broken item on their own tab. Given the reviews here and my own experience, chances are high you will also get a broken unit. If that's something you want to play the mail game to get a unit like this, at least make it easy with Amazon's no hassle return policy.

Beyond Awesome!
I read all of the reviews and was weary of the bad ones, but after checking out the ones at BBB, this looked to be the best one out there so I made the plunge. It arrived a day earlier than expected. Thanks for the fast service Amazon! Setting it up was a breeze even for someone like me who is not technical. The design is ingenious. There really isn't anything else as good out there. They've really thought of everything. I thought the price was a little steep, but now that I've seen it, compared to others at $40, this one is a steal even at $55. I couldn't wait to do laundry when this thing arrived. I've never hung anything on a drying rack so it was a challenge trying to balance everything and finding the most efficient way to hang the clothes, but it was actually fun. I could see that the part that hangs the socks could break off easily if you aren't careful and wish it was made of stronger material, but it is what it is. It's well thought out, not as cheap as others make it out to be. I haven't used this much. Actually only for a day so will update as I notice more, but I'm super happy to have bought this. It will save me a ton of money and give some moisture to the house. Looking forward to using this in the winter time, especially. Update on 8/16/15: I'm about to order another one so thought I update my review after having used it for over 2 years. I've used this twice a week for the past two years and it's still almost good as new. My baby has pulled out two of the racks so I've had to fit the bars back in place but still it's good as new. I never used the little orange clips for hanging socks but a couple broke probably because my kids pulled on them but otherwise it's great and I'm happy to buy it again as a gift.

Works great if you're careful.
Virtually everything I own needs to be washed on the delicate cycle and air dried. Great for my energy bills, but not so great for space saving. This drying rack is wonderful. I would not consider it to be heavy duty, but it's spacious enough to hold 2 loads of laundry. The assembly is very straightforward. Everything snapped together easily. It's very lightweight and easy to move, but the wheels feel a bit rickety, and the folding feet tend to fold if you push it around when loaded up. You need to be careful about how you load it- if you only used one side it gets unbalanced and falls over. The six shelves offer plenty of options and space to hang clothes. You can use the whole shelf to spread stuff out, or drape items over an individual rod. The orange sock clips are surprisingly useful. They didn't look like much, and I even considered leaving them off, but they work great. This rack has replaced two accordion style racks. It's far easier to use, holds way more, and though it can't be tucked away as easily, it's not terribly obtrusive once the shelves are folded down.

It's GOOD ENOUGH
I had this for about 6 months now.. I read a lot of the reviews and decided to go with the "OLD VERSION" of this badoogi drying rack. I thought maybe the double bar on the bottom (to place shoes on) might make it a sturdier and more stable. I'm not sure what the difference is but this has its annoyances as much as it is useful. I recommend this for hanging up baby/kids clothes as the vertical distance between each racks is only about a foot. I do have fun hanging clothes on it and haven't used my dryer much. Wet clothes hanging also provides some moisture to dry air. Bottom line: I think its current price of around eighty bucks is a bit much for what it is but I have a feeling it's making up for the shipping cost. The box I received was a tattered busted up thing that exposed the rack on one corner and was missing a wheel which the company promptly replaced.. but the product had no defect. It's too bad they don't carry this item in the local Korean markets because it'd probably be much cheaper at the store. So here's the breakdown: PROS: Many arms, can hold a couple loads, arms fold down, can be rolled away, can be rolled around to hang on the other side, very useful indoor drying option, has the extend rack where you hang hangers with clothes to dry. CONS: The three main racks feel like it's being held up by a flimsy piece that might give or snap one day. One of the arms are actually not standing flush but kinda leaning down, though it doesn't interfere with hanging. , The extend arms will snap off if overloaded with too heavy clothes, this thing is HUGE standing about 5 '3 tall.. it's about as tall as me, could be a PRO to some, you can't hang very long things on the top and middle racks without overlap happening.. for this reason I've hung mostly baby/kids clothes on this but pants and other long things will have to go on a hanger and on the sides..
