The Hydrate Direct Core Water Cooler looks great with its clean, simple design that fits in anywhere. It’s easy to use, doesn’t leak, and keeps the water nice and cool. Nothing over the top, just reliable and well-made. I was going to give it 4 stars for being basic, but it works so well it earns the full 5.

It chills and dispenses water perfectly! Bottles are easily replaced! No complaints at all!

This was a replacement for the same water dispenser we bought several years ago. One change though, this time the top of the bottle is displaced into the water, which isn't the most sanitary process to be honest - and it floats around in there the whole time. Overall reasonable quality and works just as it should. Feels a little light/plasticky for the price

The water in my area is pretty hard to drink so I was surprised to find this item at this price especially as you can strip the parts from it and dishwash them safely. It’s a lovely machine to look at and plug it into your mains and it won’t be long before you have lovely cold water. What I did to save money was to buy the original bottles 2 x 15 litres then when they are empty to save money I put 3 x local supermarket 5ltre bottles of water in the empty bottle using a funnel so as not to spill any, I also use blue caps so as once I have cut the old plastic bottle top off with scissors I just warm up the new ones with warm tap water and replace the new lid pushing down until it clicks. You can get the blue tops for about 10p each online cheap as chips. Anyway the benefits are cold water when you want it and instead of paying £1-£2 every day on fresh water you can buy a beaker type bottle from most shops with a folding straw and you will be up and away. A little tip in these penny pinching times. Good luck regards Martin.

Bought a full set up. It is perfect does the job it says. But...... delivery. Shocking. Missed items I had to chase the delivery company then the seller, then then the delivery company even though it wasn't my fault. The seller wasn't a great help bad communication. They said the missing item would turn up on a certain day it didn't so I had to chase it up again. Not a good experience at all.

Easy set up easy to clean what else is there to say amazing and the water is so good and freezing cold 🥶

I like this water cooler and very easy to install also the water is cold we are very happy with it
