This is a great item with the only disadvantage being that the power doesn’t last for long at all. So you have to charge it quite a lot.

This is fantastic, it's really really thin and gets nice and hot. Works great on both my sacrum/pelvis and for cramping... I might need 2 when they both play up at the same time lol

Bought for my wife. She is very happy with the heat for ovulation and period pain. Honestly should have got one sooner.She is yet to use the infused additions but sure that it will be a winner too.Battery life as stated. Simple to use.

I bought this for my daughter, she was able to wear it all day and really helped her pain!

It does its job moderately well. The two first levels are useless, and you can barely feel the heat. The only level that provides some relief is the last one. The first two simply aren’t hot enough.And as I could only use the last level for pain relief, the battery didn’t last long at all, so I would have to carry another portable charger for continued use. Unless you’re prepared to do that, I wouldn’t recommend.

Heats up really quickly, and vibrates settings are really strong, although quite noisy.Only complaint is that the enclosed battery pack died after first use, and then wouldn’t charge. You are unable to purchase replacement batteries, and it is ‘not recommended’ to use alternative batteries, so product was essentially useless after 90 minutes use
