This chicken was some of the most delicious that I’ve ever tasted had to get some more they are delicious!

I started a GLP-1 program to lose 70 lbs. I'm supposed to eat a lot of lean protein. This chicken is convenient, delicious and low cost. I pop off the lid and then, putting the lid back on, I squeeze the excess water out of the can and into the sink. I sprinkle it with ground pepper and Mrs Dash Everything But Salt. Then I eat it right out of the can. It's only 90 calories with19 grams of protein. So delicious and convenient!

Tastes really good and the amount was more than I expected. Great for sandwiches and adding to vegetables. Zero cooking time. Just heat and serve.

UPDATE: Shipping on the last order was very slow. I ordered on Jan. 10 and received the order on March 6 -- almost 2 months. Also, the price has gone from $1/can to $1.29 (as of March 11, 2025) but has been as high as $1.59. The chicken has been out of stock for short periods over the past two months. Both the slow shipping/out of stock and the price rise could be due to the flock culling from the avian flu. That's the same phenomenon that is responsible for most of the egg price increases. If so, things should improve once the flock has been fully regenerated. We'll see. If the price comes back down, I will buy again. PREVIOUS REVIEW (DEC. 2024): This canned chicken is at least as good as any that I buy in a supermarket but much cheaper. Pull top can opens easily. Product is very tasty and zero problems with it. The shipping is weird, though. I ordered 30 cans and they were delivered in 18 different shipments, most of which were 1 or two cans, distributed over nearly 2 weeks. Sometimes I received 2 - 4 packages, each with 1 can. This made it hard to keep track of them (although I believe that I received the entire order). You have to wonder if it wouldn't have been less expensive for them to just ship the entire order in a single box. Must be something else going on here that I don't understand. Anyway, I like the product enough to order another batch soon. Let's see if the shipping process improves.

This is an inepensive supplement I get for my dog, and mix into her food. as needed I am sure it would be great in a chick salad or something mixed. It is perfect for my dog - but I surely don't mean to say anything bad about it for me, you know!

Great for making chicken salad sandwitches. I will purchase again!

The can is the same size as cat food, you don't get much for your money. I bought it because is was shredded, shredding is inconsistent so whats the point?
