Didnt work
Complete junk. Runs way to fast. Not accurate for telling time. Why even wear a watch if it won't tell you what time it is? It is not even remotely close. Why even sell this? Never have I seen a bigger scam, a watch that doesn't tell time...+V:qydkk001

Great sub-$100 automatic!
There are a lot of cheap watches out there. Most are quartz, and many that are automatics are kinda wonky. This one really isn't. It seems like a really nice inexpensive implementation. First, the sizing is really good. I have reasonable large wrists, and 42mm is a decent sizing for me. For comparison, many of the Seiko 5 line of watches sit at 42.5mm, so this is very similar. The thickness at 11mm wears pretty thin compared to some other watches (Seiko 5 sport sprd55 is 13.4mm thick, for instance). The band sizing is appropriate, and overall the watch wears really nice. If you can typically get away with a 40-44mm sized case, this should work for you. The band lugs are shaped like they were designed for an integrated bracelet. I haven't researched to see if something like that is available for this watch, but with the mating I would expect aftermarket straps to be a little challenging to fit, but the stock strap feels like it will last a while. The strap feels synthetic, which detracts a little, but it also is comfortable and looks good, so for the price I think this is a fair tradeoff. The movement seems to be a genuine Seiko. So far, it seems to keep time well and the power reserve is sufficient - generally 40+ hours for me works fine, and this watch has had no issues with premature stoppage so far. The watch sweeps nicely and winds both manually and automatically with easy. The crown is slightly smaller than I would prefer, making manual winding challenging for me personally, but it is manageable, and a smaller crown means it has less potential to dig into the back of the hand, so this may have been a conscious choice by the maker. The watch face itself is laid out nicely and feels pretty balanced even with the day date at 3. The coloring and texture are basic but work well, and the extra detail on the face screws is a really nice touch that stands out to me. I have always been a fan of the AP face screw look, and this presents just a little of that feel. All in all, I really like this watch and think for the price this is a reasonable offering. Good fit, nice look, known caliber, with some nice design and detail choices.

Affordable, quality automatic watch
I’m a watch guy with lots of Seiko automatics. I was a little dubious about this watch at first glance, but my doubts were dispelled after wearing it for a few days. The finish and workmanship on the watch are very good. It has a Seiko NH36 Automatic Movement inside, which is a good workhorse movement. It proved to be very accurate, losing about 8 seconds per day – well within industry standards. It advertises a 45-hour reserve which would be excellent. As tested by me, the reserve was 31 hours, which is still quite satisfactory. The watch face is dark blue. It’s easy to read with both day and date readouts. The leather band is a little stiff and it did not come with a separate silicone band as specified in the description. I would have opted for the silicone band if it were a choice. Illumination is not great; it fades pretty quickly. I did not test the water resistance but the case construction is pretty solid, so I was a little surprised that it was only rated for 50m. A Seiko movement automatic watch for less than $100 is a good buy.
