I've tried 4 other brands of mastic before coming to Greco Gum. They have, by far, the best overall quality of any others. Great taste that never fades, only becomes brittle after frequent inactivity (this is normal), I've chewed the same pinch for 8 hours at a time.For the uninitiated, you take in pinch by pinch until you are satisfied with the size and then chew away; some pieces may be soft, but most are hard so mix them in. It's okay to swallow the juice or some pieces (aids in digestion, great after meals), and it's an excellent snacking deterrent especially at work. Your jaw will hurt, it will pop and crack, etc until your jaw gets more used to it. This is intentional and desired.My jaw muscles are much stronger now. I can breathe through my nose all the time, my throat doesn't hurt after waking up (reduces or eliminates snoring), and I don't get tension headaches or migraines anymore.Cannot recommend it enough.

Firm but not brutally hard texture. Taste is resinous, but not unpleasant, not overly strong. Would definitely recommend to a fellow beginner with mastic.

My son desperately wanted to try this gum so I bit the bullet and bought it. I’m giving this 4 stars only because of the taste. It wasn’t terrible but definitely did not have a great flavor. It’s more like chewing on a soft piece of plastic than actual chewing gum. Your jaw will definitely get a workout

Absolutely disgusting and the smell is even worse it smells like old newspapers and tastes like it and when you spit it out be prepared to spend 10 minutes picking it out of your teeth

Great gym for fixing a tmj jaw even noticed a huge release in all my facial fascia and alignment in my face structure.Worth the price-ISH. Buy it on sale if you can. A little goes a long way. If you’re working on fixing tmj. You’ll want to add more little pieces. Somewhat goes along way. Bout a month to two. If you used every other day. Daily value cost, not so much worth it. 2-4 weeks. One month

The majority of it is good, I did get some softer pieces, and a good few at the bottom of the tin that tasted musty if it wasn't for that it would be 5/5. Nice tin and good flavor besides the aformentioned, bit to sticky aswell

Best Greek gum ever, I love the health benefits and exercising my jaw muscles! My Greek and Armenian grandmothers would be very proud!

Packaging and product were better than I expected. I have no regrets about this purchase and will buy again. I use 2-3 small pieces that quickly turn into gum. When I'm tired of chewing, I put in a small amount of cold water in the fridge and later take (crunches into power) and swallow. (My goal for buying is for H Pylori.) I actually enjoy in place of gum. The taste isn't bad (to me). Overall, a great product IMO. I have no regrets about the price.
