Q: If i plug it in the usb port of a tv will it display the camera properly?

I do not thing so as it needs a program to recognise the camera. Using a android phone with a app is the way I use it.

Q: Does this work on the Huawei P20 pro?

It does not work with HUAWEI phone.

Q: between what distances can this camera view objects?

I used it under my kitchen units and I would say 60 to 70 cm.

Q: Has anyone used this to put down a sewer manhole. ?

We haven't used it for that but as it is waterproof there is no reason why it shouldn't work
